And 9:00 p.m. the whole front is closed you have to go through the drive-thru. Maybe in an e-bike I sat there waiting for someone to answer me before I went to the window. Then I ordered four Whopper juniors a chicken sandwich and two onion rings which I received everything minus two Whopper juniors. Went through the drive-thru and told the guy that he didn't give me my whole order and he had an attitude with me like I was lying and I had to show him my entire book bag that he did not give me what I ordered. I may be on a bike with a book bag but I shouldn't have to show him what he gave me when I come through and say that I'm missing something. It's none of his business what else is in my book bag

Not at all how I remember is... :( The Whapper meat was dry and tastless. The coffee was very watery. Still 3 stars - the guy that took our order was polite and everything, plus we sat at a clean table, plus the food WAS easible. (I was tempted to complain, especially about the watery coffee, but decided not to spoil a BK worker's day.)
They wouldn't even give me water to for my dog... I told them I feed and water my baby before I feed and water myself . I offered to pay for the water when he flat out told me NO...

Worst customer service ever. They do not listen and get hostile when they are the ones who mess up. When you bring the issue to them they are rude and turn their backs on you while you’re talking. Also while trying to explain something they got wrong instead of trying to help when they seen me growing more frustrated she laughed in my face making things worst. This is the only BK by me and after trying time and time again i just decide it’s not even worth going anymore. They need to do better
