Worst customer service ever. They do not listen and get hostile when they are the ones who mess up. When you bring the issue to them they are rude and turn their backs on you while you’re talking. Also while trying to explain something they got wrong instead of trying to help when they seen me growing more frustrated she laughed in my face making things worst. This is the only BK by me and after trying time and time again i just decide it’s not even worth going anymore. They need to do better

Then when I ask about it she says oh I don’t know. the lady at the drive through didn’t even want to hand me my receipt she said will leave it in the bag. Lost my whole appetite!

When you want to experience third world service and food quality you must check this place out. I have never been to a burger king nastier than this, stale chicken in a bun luke warm. I guess the microwave is not working ?
I had to pay for my meal before I could use the restroom I've never had this happen to before service not friendly and welcoming. But it was cleaned that's why I gave them the star.

Proclaimed manager Carla was very hostile after taking 4 cars orders before mine while I only had 3 food items and claimed to have no staff.I asked for her name and she got offended about it all I needed was her name. Went inside to find a fully staffed kitchen and asked the other employees as they ignored me, was totally chill about it, don't know why they had to make the situation worse. Love the food but terrible customer service. If you can't take the heat you shouldn't be in the kitchen Carla.

Where do I start? This is the closest BK to me and one I went to for the last 10 years. It's been in a steady decline for years, but today it bottomed out because of the employees and taking away free water cups. Who stops giving out the cheap clear little plastic cups so patrons can use the free water on the soda machine? If that wasn't an all new low they've also managed to hire a manager and front line worker who cannot speak or understand basic English. When you ask when they stop giving the free cups out and the front line man says last year he is lying through his teeth because it was just a few months ago I got one for my daughter and myself when we ate there. Why lie?!! When I asked the store manager, who SHOULD be able to answer a basic question, he said we sell bottle water. I didn't ask if you sell something I knew you did, I asked when the free water cups stopped? BK is struggling and this location is the perfect example why. Do yourself a favor and give your money to any other joint around here :)
