Carlos & Carlos Restaurant

This is one of the few places I will go, belly up to the bar all by myself and feel perfectly safe and comfortable. The staff is friendly and welcoming and the food is phenomenal! LOVE IT HERE!!

Best Italian Restaurant in town.

Everything is delicious especially the meatballs

Had an amazing experience at Carlos & Carlos in downtown Arlington Heights! The chef prepared a personal dish that was incredible in every flavor and aroma. Don’t miss the liquor cart! Finished with their homemade tiramisu and excellent service—felt warmly appreciated the whole time. Highly recommend stopping by for dinner!

Went on Sunday evening at 5:00pm. Restaurant had 2 other tables and yet our server rushed us even after being advised we were wanting to catch up with old friends. Food very good but rushed service spoiled the evening.

Had dinner with my friend on Saturday, ordered from the specials menu, stuffed pork chop. There was a piece of plastic, like food wrapper inside the pork chop. We flagged the waiter, he took the disk back then returned. He said the boss said it was safe to eat, however they can make me another dish. Insisted that I took the plate back and they offered a free glass of wine. Oh well.

I don't know how anyone can say this restaurante is anything BUT a 5/5. The penne farcita is incredible -- absolutely delicious. The bread and butter/garlic sauces are splendid. Thank you for including those in carryout! Everything here is great - I wouldn't change a thing!

Had a reservation for 6:30. Finally at 7:10 we were told our table was being prepared. While we waited the owners wife stepped in and gave the table we’d been promised to someone else. The problem they have is the greeter promised us the table then the owners wife just stepped in and gave it to someone else. They can’t have two people in charge of seating. Will never go there again.

Very blend food. Service was good. There was not even enough salt in the food we ordered. Wine selection was good.

Waiter was rude. Went all out for a birthday celebration with friends. I was embarrassed for suggesting dinner there because of the waiters condescending attitude

They charged us $18 EACH for plain noodles for our young kids. Pretty ridiculous. We go out to eat with our children all the time and have never felt so taken advantage of. Will never be back and absolutely do not recommend.

Very unfortunate. Food was good. Customer service and management was horrendous. Turned a potential weekly repeat customer into someone who will never step foot in the establishment again. Took over two hours to finish a meal, 20 minutes in between seeing our server needed to beg for a refill and the check. Told multiple people our displeasure never changed a thing... Oh we got free ice cream and we're told we didn't need to tip our non existent waiter and then manager came by and apologized again by offering nothing to make the situation right because I said the food was good. I was told next time to ask for the manager and shed help. I said their will be no next time..
