I am an Elderberry Syrup manufacturer who also owns a cafe. I got the bright idea to infuse my elderberry syrup with coffee, so I contacted CBC Roasters. CBC was able to send me multiple samples of gourmet beans until I found the blend I wanted to use. They then infused my product into the beans.
I am no expert on the infusion process…all I know is that my Coffee Berry blend is a top hit in the cafe now and it’s all thanks to CBC Roasters! Highly recommended!

Really great blends of coffee, especially their decaf if you want something that tastes like coffee without the kick. I'm using their blends in an espresso machine as that will impact flavor. Have currently tried Mayan Delight, Spirit of Brazil and Sumatran Moon. All really good blends.

This place offers amazing coffee beans for purchase.They also serve drinks to go! Their Cuban lattes are the best!But it is a warehouse/ roasting facility, so don't expect an immaculately clean facility. If you're lucky, you can even watch the roasters roast the coffee!
