CBC Roster is hands down the best coffee roaster in the Chicago area. The owners are incredibly welcoming, and their passion shines through in every batch. Their beans are top quality, fresh, expertly roasted, and full of flavor.

Really great blends of coffee, especially their decaf if you want something that tastes like coffee without the kick. I'm using their blends in an espresso machine as that will impact flavor. Have currently tried Mayan Delight, Spirit of Brazil and Sumatran Moon. All really good blends.

This place offers amazing coffee beans for purchase.They also serve drinks to go! Their Cuban lattes are the best!But it is a warehouse/ roasting facility, so don't expect an immaculately clean facility. If you're lucky, you can even watch the roasters roast the coffee!
