Chili's Grill & Bar

We came in for my birthday dinner and had the best service. Our server, Yareli, sang happy birthday to me by herself when everyone else was busy. She did so much to make sure we had the best service. Food times were great as well and management seemed to be around to help and be present.

Went by this past weekend. Been a while since I’ve been to this one. New menu (to me) looked good. The Reeces pie is great! A bit pricey and rich but very good.

food was very good, but service was not the best. we came around 330 and our server was nice, but we waited about 20 minutes to ask for a box as our server was no where to be seen. after we got our boxes we waited another 10 to ask for the check, and he never really checked on us asking if we needed anything he just walked by as he was talking asking if we needed a box.

Took forever to get the checks right. Spent a good 40 min for two ppl to try and split our checks correctly. Food was good and the initial service was good.

Immediately upon arrival, the hostess laughed at us after we said the size of our party, and it wasn’t even a large number by any means. When she finally figured out where to seat us, she asked a server if he would take us, and he said no. They did this right in front of us with no discretion. The server who did take care of us was fine, but it was clear that she was being friendlier and more attentive with other tables. We didn’t do anything to have warranted this behavior, so we felt unwelcomed the entire time we were there. I had been to this location a few times before and had nothing but great things to say, so this visit was disappointing.

Unprofessional service…right when we walked in the hostess was uncomfortably laughing and every employee acted bothered when we chose to sit at the low top tables when given the choice. Our server’s attitude to our table was very different compared to her other tables. It was a very uncomfortable atmosphere

Long Island iced tea, the best! Service always friendly. Food is good, it’s my kids favorite place to go. Chocolate lava cake our family favorite.

We stopped by Chili's for a quick bite after a high school game, and we were quite happy with the decision. My wife had the Triple Dipper sampler, and I went with the guilt free Sirloin Steak with grilled asparagus.

My wife's sampler of fried chicken, Fried Mozzarella, and Burger sliders was exceptional and very ample portions. My sirloin was cooked perfectly and was delicious. The grilled asparagus was a bit overcooked but still flavorful.

All in all, Chili's isn't on our radar when looking for a stop, but now they are definitely on our list.

Excellent food and the service was top notch! Our server was friendly and exceptional. The host went above and beyond to help and cleaned off a table that we wanted to sit at. Overall great experience!
