My burger came out watery? Literally soaked both buns and disintegrated them both with how much moisture was coming off of the patty. Rest of the food was good though

Our waitress, Libby was phenomenal. Our drinks were never empty and she replaced our salsa before we could askFor more. The manager, Lllly came over to check on us and she was fantastic. A friend from the neighborhood stopped to chat and Libby promptly came by to see if he needed a menu. We will return and recommend it

BBQ ribs were dry and it was quarter order of ribs, not half. Macaroni cheese was without cheese.The dish should be called French fries with bbq ribs and macaroni on side.
Horrible..... I called them asking for a call ahead saying I have a baby and can't wait there for 25 mins. Which was the wait time. I said just write my name now and I will drive for 20 mins..... but they said no....I am a regular customer there have a rewards account too. Talked to manager too.... but no help.

5/5 stars. I’ve been going to this chilis for years and let me tell you the service I experienced tonight was unbelievably amazing. Our waitress Olivia, she never let our drinks be empty, she was so attentive and kept checking on us. I had to come brag about her. Her positive attitude made my partners and I’s night! She deserves a raise! (Keep in mind the restaurant was busy)
