I usually don’t leave negative reviews but this Chipotle consistently gives the smallest portions. I typically utilize the drive thru pick-up, which could be the reason for the lacking generosity. Compared to every other Chipotle I’ve visited, this one is insanely stingy and makes me regret spending my money for such little food. The workers don’t seem too thrilled to be of service, but I can’t really fault them as much since I’m simply pulling up and quickly driving away. If you want a great Chipotle experience, I recommend the 3846 Willow Road location in Glenview. They give huge portions every time and the staff is surprisingly not miserable. It is cheaper too!

Took a minute to be helped as staff kept talking while looking at me just to get a burrito bowl. Stores looked half dirty inside (tables and all) food was okay but meat tasted cold not even warm.

Avoid at all costs. Worst reviewed Chipotle in the region for good reason.

We live right next to this location. We drive past it and farther to get Chipotle when we want it.

Employees are rude, servings are small, I've seen an employee picking food from the line popping in his mouth. Nasty place.
I should post the video of the employee making fun of a customer but I won't. Not out to get a kid fired

But... There is no fixing this unless they totally clean house including any fool managing this location! Don't believe me? Look at the history of reviews and how nothing gets fixed. Look at Yelp too. This location is the bottom of the barrel.

This Chipotle tried to move to duck all of terrible reviews at the old location, but honestly I think it's worse now. Last time I was there they had run out of cheese.

This place is very disappointing. We have been there a couple of times and they have messed up our order and given us very small portions. The people there don’t care and they always have an attitude. Do not go to this location, it’s terrible.

I just got the world's smallest burrito. 4 inches long and 1 inch deep; flat like a sandwich with meat in one fold* and the sour cream and rice (they shorted me on the beans) in the other. I ordered guac and chips and got queso. I will never eat at Chipotle again, let alone this one. Also, the burrito was lousy, but much more angry about how small it was. The queso was a mistake and mistakes happen, but no reasonable person would make a burrito like that and think it was OK.

*You read that right, fold. They took the two ends of the tortilla and folded them into the middle where they overlapped; hence the flat, tubular shape.

UPDATE - No refund. Also, this review was originally 1 star and it "disappeared." I guess there is an algorithm keeping the total rating higher than 2 stars.

I arrived for dining at 9:05 PM, but all the chairs were already stacked on the tables, so no seating was available. The portion sizes were disappointing. Additionally, they were cleaning food containers in front of me and putting fallen food back inside the food container.

Zero management. NO hygiene maintenance.

This is the worst Chipotle restaurants I've ever been to. They always run out of items, staff is not friendly, and restaurant is overall dirty. Customer service isn't the greatest, portion sizes are lacking, and if there are any issues, the default response is to go "talk to our corporate headquarters." Seems to be an issue with managing people and the restaurant effectively. Definitely turned me off from ever going to this location ever again.

8/5/24 (Monday) 7:30 PM I ordered on UberEats a bowl, 2 cokes, tortilla on the side & a large chips & guac. The only thing in the bag was the bowl, and it was cold, disgusting, and the portions were terrible. I’d stay far away from here if I were you and reading the other reviews I see why this place needs to hire new staff. The ubereats driver didn’t care which is great. After going back and forth with customer support they refunded me half my money. Just unbelievable.

I have never had a worse experience than I had at this location. They definitely skimp out on portions. As a vegetarian, I get guac for free and other locations heap it on. This location gave me less than half a spoon and when I asked for more, they said it would be an upcharge. On top of that, I come home and dig into my bowl and found pieces of chicken and steak that were mixed in with the queso at the restaurant. How is that okay? I'm a vegetarian and had to find meat in my food...now I'm scared to eat the rest of my bowl. Overall, disgusting and I will not be returning. Don't come here if you can avoid it.

Just an all around bad experience at this location. Ordered a few things, including chips and Guac. Got home only to discover the bag was barely a quarter full. On top of this they never gave me the choc milk that comes with the kids meal.
Had to drive 20 minutes back to the location because there isn’t a single way to get the actual restaurant on the phone to discuss.
When I got back to the store and presented the less than quarter full bag of chips, the young man at the register, Robert, flippantly said “that’s how we fill all of them”. That’s just gross. As if fast food isn’t expensive enough, they can’t even fill the portions.
Have not experienced the smaller portions at other locations. Have been treated more courteously at other locations. I will not be going back to this location and I will tell as many as I can to do the same.
