So I went into Chipotle after a workout and placed an order for myself I asked for 3 bowls for my family one steak, one carne Asada, and Barbacoa. They had completely forgotten that the meats were different and gave them all barbacoa. Not only was my money spent horribly but they missed half of the ingredients that I had got for me and my family. Not to mention because they charged me 45 dollars for it with no drinks

I walked into this Chipotle with a seemingly impossible task- day of catering order. I wanted to provide lunch for my staff when our order through another restaurant couldn't be fulfilled. I had little hopes as I tried calling around for 30 minutes to get last minute service and had no luck over the phone. Tired of trying to get through the automated systems from the countless places I reached out to, I decided to drive to this Chipotle and do things the old fashioned way. Jose Avina, the manager, was there for my staff and I, and made magic happen that day. Despite the short notice, he grabbed a sheet to fill out my request and the team got to work. I can't say everyone will have a similar experience under these circumstances, maybe I was just lucky.. however, because of the staff at this location, my staff was extremely happy and full all day long. Everyone was so thankful and appreciative, and I owe it to the staff here for making that happen! So thank you again for feeding my team and allowing us to better serve our patients now full and satisfied!

Staff was very micromanaged,
I ordered a regular chicken bowl but they accidentally gave me double meat....

I ask if they can remove the charge and the cashier is just standing there clueless

Then they offered to remake the bowl but I didn't have time to wait for that and hold up the line.

Very petty and very micromanaged.

Wow I’m so lucky I stumbled upon this ma and pa joint off the beaten path. 1) Very clean facility 2) Friendly smiling employees greated me 3) Delicious food and generous portions. Hope they open more locations!

You have to go in to watch them make your bowl. I only order online when in a rush and always get half bowls with almost 0 protein. Ive had to double check my order thinking I accidentally put a veggie bowl

I had a great experience at Chipotle! The staff was very friendly, my food was prepared quickly, and the service was efficient from start to finish. The food was good, and I appreciated how fast they got me in and out. Excellent service!

Honestly I never thought I would have to make a complaint about this location, but I am appalled by the food I was handed today. The tortillas had clearly been touched by unclean hands, or placed on an unclean surface as there were black markings all over. I can’t tell if it’s mold or dirt. My photos may not show it justice, but this is unacceptable for a food establishment. My first instinct was to tear out the bad parts, but one Tortilla is covered in small dirt spots. These are not burn marks. This food is contaminated. I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed that this was served to me.

First time eating at a Chipotle since visiting America. I was excited to try the food, as it’s often portrayed as a “fast food classic” in the States. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. When I ordered, the girl with dark hair and arms tatts preparing my food made fun of my European accent in a rude way. She also didn’t wrap my burrito properly and tossed it toward me when I went to pay. It’s a real shame, as I was genuinely looking forward to trying Chipotle. Perhaps it’s just this specific location, but it certainly didn’t feel like customers were valued here
