Fun to take my grandkids here. They love it! Hard to balance between having fun playing a game and trying to get the most amount of tickets for prizes.

This was our fourth year hosting my son's birthday party at this location. The manager and staff are wonderful to work with. The food was delicious, as always. We have no complaints and beyond grateful for their hospitality and for making each experience special for my son.

The claw grab game, which costs $3.00 per turn is a complete rip off. The claws don't close properly and this game is a complete scam.

Yoana is great. She informed me of everything, answered all of my questions, and was super nice to my son. 5 stars for Yoana!
I went back 4 days later (today) to reload my fun pass, and I'm not sure who the host was, but she couldn't answer any of my questions, and I left feeling like she lied and wasted my time. She asked me to download their app, I asked if I could reload the fun pass on the app, she said she didn't know and that I should download the app and check, so I downloaded the app told her I was done and then asked the same question and she said, no, you have to come into the store to reload the fun pass ... so she lied initially and said she didn't know, just to get me to download their app. She needs to be trained by Yoana!

If I didn't have a 5 year old grandson, I never would have stepped into this place. What a huge rip off. Shame on you Chucky Cheese. Someone should shut you down. I spent close to $200 for 3 hours of my grandson playing. Waste of money. Go visit a park, they're free.
We have two granddaughter ages 5 and 3 years old. We arrived around 10:10a.m., shortly after they opened. The games weren’t all on, but took the “credit”away from the game-card balance. We were charged 8 different times for games and rides that didn’t work. A worker did come and turn on equipment when it was brought to their attention and we were given 5 credits back. Next, Chuck E, didn’t make an appearance until 1:15! To make little kids wait for three hours is ridiculous. We kept asking when Chuck E, would come out to see the kids, and we were told they were busy. Sad. What was also disappointing is the pricing. They are now charging for the small trampoline and little plastic slide area. $12.00 per child for access for the trampoline is excessive. The cashier kept pushing the new $7.99 monthly membership and said that we would save money by signing up. The cost of pizza, the “card” to play the games with the elastic holder and the loading of the card made for a very expensive afternoon. Three and a half hours of fun cost approx.$90.00. The kids had fun which is why I gave two stars. A place like this can and should do better with their overall pricing and in-house operations.

Arielle was amazing from walking in till the every end. We visit Chuck E Cheese often. This one is the best. My baby asked her for Chuck E to come out and Arielle / Chuck E put on a Show! Thank you so much for making our visit great! This location was also clean!

They definitely do stamp hands and do child checks when families arrive and leave. Myself and my children went yesterday and we got stamped and did a child check when we left. We have a monthly pass, so we go there pretty often. All the girls there are nice and helpful.
