The service is steadily disgusting. Every other day I'm standing and watching that employees do everything but not your order. Talking to other customers, staring at their phones, etc. It is all nice but I come here in the morning heading to work. Can not wait the whole eternity till their majesties will show some mercy and make my coffee

Is really hard to find a great cup of coffee around here but Coco and Blu has it. Environment is very casual and laid back. I had the double espresso straight and it was delicious. My wife had the latte. I think the milk was steamed a bit too hot but that may be an American thing. Would recommend.

These people simply don’t know the difference between cortado, cappuccino and latte. Asked for two shots of espresso and a bit of milk, was told that “this is a latte”. Even though when you order latte, they bring a huge mug with one shot of espresso filled to the top of the mug with milk and when you ask for extra shot, the “latte” ends up being around $9 instead of $5. The stuff simply doesn’t even know how to charge you right for the drink you want and don’t even listen when you give them certain details of the drink.

Great atmosphere. I give them a 3 because the coffee is pretty bad. The coffee is too green (not roosted enough) for my taste and sour / bitter. I have asked if they have a medium or dark roast and told they do not. I still take my daughter for Danish or other treat, but get something other than coffee. I love the downtown location, atmosphere and that it is independent, but for a coffee shop, the coffee for me is terrible. I just wish they had more than one roast.

We happened upon CoCo and Blu café today. So happy we did. We were waiting for another restaurant to open and stopped in for a quick treat. I jumped at the chance to experience the Bloody Mary and it came with the cutest beer back. My nitro cold brew was excellent and my little guy had a delicious vanilla steamer and everything bagel with cream cheese. The staff were welcoming and helpful even though we had a small faux pa upon entering and sat down at the counter waiting to be served instead of waiting in line. Heads up, you line up to order like most other coffee shops. Overall we had the best experience from Alpha to Omega. Thanks everyone!
