Their cookies are great. I have picked up from the location before as well as had them delivered many times. I have only had one issue in the past where my order was incorrect, but they addressed the issue upon notifying them of it.

I ordered the buckeye brownie cookie from the app. When I picked up my order the cookie that I received was hard as a rock and not fresh at all. It was supposed to by served warm but the one I was served was very cold and seemed like it was left out all day or a cookie from a previous day. I was not happy with my experience.
