I rarely have a bad experience at this location, as it's my usual late night spot, but this past visit left a sour taste in my mouth. My brother and I got there at 11 pm and ordered maybe after 10 minutes of waiting. It wasn't particularly busy/full so we were expecting to get our food after a little while but we ended up waiting a FULL HOUR before receiving our simple orders of pancakes and an omelette. No exaggerating, we watched the clock and online/pick up orders go in and out while no one came to check on us or apologize for the wait. We should have left, in all honesty, but felt we were in too deep at that point. Very disappointed, I hesitate to even think of going back

Our server Alex is always attentive, and everyone there is professional, helpful and friendly! The food is always good, too! My brother loves all the meat that comes with the Lumberjack breakfast.
Our usual waiter was not there, new waitress was poor at best. The rest of the staff is excellent. They always accommodate our request to be seated away from the noisy public. Love this establishment!!
