They’re usually good but today I was really dissatisfied when my pizza was full of hairs. I unfortunately didn’t see them on the pizza until I bit into it and pulled out hairs.

Warning do not order from here! I ordered for my son‘s birthday party. I pre-ordered for 715. The order never showed up. I called the store they said I didn’t order from there. I gave them my order number and they’re like oh you never got your pizza? They told me the delivery driver was backed up. When the delivery driver showed up an hour late, he told me they only had one cook. If you want pizza for a party at a specific time, avoid the store. I had a handful of hungry children asking when the food was gonna shop for over an hour. The party was almost over by the time the food finally showed up. Luckily, the place we were at allowed the kids to still eat. I’m super disappointed and don’t know if I’ll ever order Domino’s again, and if I do, it will not be from this location.

Staff don’t wear the gloves while making the pizza , its unhygienic and sometime pizza not bake properlyVegetarian options: Staff don’t wear the gloves and it’s not good if somebody is vegetarian and making pizza without changing gloves

One of the manager is dating their co worker which I do believe is illegal. Co workers can date just not if one is manager. Maybe I should contact OSHA seems how no one doing anything about it.

I'm sure if they aren't always drunk and high, the pizza would come out good. Go ahead drug test them. You will lose all your workers and managers ???

If I could give this place zero stars I would. My family and I came and ordered food and they told us it would take 45 minutes. a male employee overheard us so he made a false guarantee saying that he would make it in 15 minutes. Well we ended up waiting 35 minutes and apparently they forgot about our order. We canceled of course but the attitude was terrible! There were employees yelling at each other and I occasionally heard swear words being shout out. So please if you do want pizza don't go to this place it's not worth your time.

11/4/2023, 8:30 pm. we ordered 4 pizzas from the store at 325 E Arlington Heights, Rd. One of them was a vege with pineapple, as one of our party doesn't eat meet. When, the pizzas arrived, the vege had philly steak on it. We called the store to get this corrected and were directed to go to the app and press the customer service button, that the employees in the store would not do anything for us. When we got confused and started trying to clarify what they meant they hung up on us. We called back, I tried to get some clarification, they said we ordered wrong, it "not our problem" and hung up. I called back again, they immediately disconnected the call. I called from a different phone, the male employee that answered, was extremely rude and belligerent. He would not get a manager, unless I told him why I was calling. Not that you care, but I will never order from Domino's again because of the treatment I received from your employees tonight.
