I ordered an iced latte and I received iced milk with no espresso whatsoever. It was not what I paid for. I will not be ordering from this location again.

There are four Dunkin coffee shops closer than this location. And several other coffee shops. For years I’ve been coming here. But today my coffee tastes different. Like cheap coffee, diluted. I’m disappointed today. What changed today? You usually serve great coffee!

I have ordered small strawberry milk shake of more than $6 and this is only tase like strawberry milk no ice cream so watery very bad service and quality

I simply asked for a Hazelnut Ice coffee and they gave me watered down coffee like it tastes nothing like hazelnut! Such a waste! Did you pour water in the coffee or something? What the hell! I’m never going here ever again.

I've used the drive-thru at this location. The staff was friendly, and I didn't have to wait for my order. Food is great! I love their Avocado toast with bacon. The double chocolate doughnuts ? are j the BOMB!

The DD is in the downtown area of Arlington Heights. Nice location and outdoor tables that have tree shade. Very clean inside with several tables to sit down and relax. Parking spots are limited but they have a drive thru if you’re in a hurry.

We ordered breakfast and coffees. Coffee was brewed fresh and served nice and hot. Breakfast sandwiches were toasted nicely and were really good. Service fast and friendly!
