I've used the drive-thru at this location. The staff was friendly, and I didn't have to wait for my order. Food is great! I love their Avocado toast with bacon. The double chocolate doughnuts ? are j the BOMB!

The DD is in the downtown area of Arlington Heights. Nice location and outdoor tables that have tree shade. Very clean inside with several tables to sit down and relax. Parking spots are limited but they have a drive thru if you’re in a hurry.

We ordered breakfast and coffees. Coffee was brewed fresh and served nice and hot. Breakfast sandwiches were toasted nicely and were really good. Service fast and friendly!

For awhile, the service here was really bad. It seemed as if they could not keep employees... Which is likely a management problem. You're not going to keep good employees if you treat them like garbage.It took forever to get drinks and they were often incorrect. Lately the service has been much better. Drinks are correct and service is faster. I also like the way they make the drinks here. When I get a macchiato, many Dunkins fill the cup half way... If I'm lucky. This...
