Staff is nice, but I've ordered my avocado toast and two were un toasted. Looks like they try to save time by telling you wait in the tight parking lot in mornings. 🤷🏽♀️

Ordered a medium milkshake and was given a 3/4 full cup after I asked to fill it more they just diluted it, I also got an ice-cream cone with two scoops and which both scoops were half and barely filled the cone.

Just shut this location down already. Take the franchise license away if they don’t know how to properly run your store. Just look at the reviews…it’s awful. Every time I visit this store there is an issue…unnecessary waits while the workers ignore customers in the lobby, always out of most donuts, unpleasant workers, the tiniest portions of ice cream you’ve ever seen. I absolutely will not return…this last visit was the final straw. I MIGHT give other locations a shot…the number of poor experiences here has really left a sour taste in my mouth for DD.

This was the last straw to ALL Dunkin locations. I had 2 people behind the counter arguing with me that I can’t just order the available donuts in the display with a count of seven because they can’t wait to hear the order and do the math.
Food is always burned! I've given them 3 chances. I will not go back. The coffee is ok, if you want regular cream and sugar you have to ask for extra cream and sugar. They need to listen to their customers.

Honestly, the staff can be kind but even when there is not customer traffic the food is always burnt. I once received my croissant sandwich burnt and hard. I opened the inside and it was black. I thought it was a one-off mistake.
Well, second time around I ordered the snacking bacon and received the picture shown. It was completely black. I tried to tear off the bacon that was burnt but when I did, everything crumbled and it was completely inedible.
Also, I had to wait because they were baking my order. I didn’t expect it to be burnt and did not realized until I got home.
