Stale day old bagels - very disappointed but seems more typical with Dunkin owners. Had a raisin bagel and threw it out half way thru it.

What do you want it's Dunkin' Donuts coffee is always good at Dunkin' Donuts but they're Donuts they suck they're frozen and then thawed out so yeah I would never get a donut

I always order a Carmel cold brew with sweet foam whenever I come to Dunkin Donuts. I have a mild intolerance to chocolate syrup. Why I don’t know but this Dunkin donuts messed up my order and gave a chocolate foam instead of the regular sweet foam. I asked them to re-make it and they told us to move to the front while they did. They give me my order and they just scrapped the chocolate out and added the sweet foam. I can not drink this now. This place is completely careless. So people who have allergies and come here beware because they just remove the allergen and give you the same product.. The next person will not be as lucky as me and go into anaphylaxis shock.

I ordered a bacon, egg & cheese breakfast sandwich on a plain bagel, and instead sadly received a stale bagel, burnt & hardened with gooey cheese all over the inside of the bag, while the bacon completely slid out of the sandwich, greasy and sloppy. While I don't typically order hash browns, I thought I'd give them a try, but what a bad idea. The flavor was off, like they were cooked in bad oil or something. They also tasted old and after one bite I actually had to spit it out. Total waste of my money.
Horrible. workers in the back burned the hash-brown to the point where it was basically charred. I don’t understand why, it’s not like they’re making it fresh. They literally microwaved it. Get better and don’t give burnt food to customers.

This is NOT a medium iced coffee! I ordered a MEDIUM DRINK and wanted ice on the side so it’s not watered down and THIS IS WHAT WE GET? I will be reaching out to corporate for sure because this is stealing! I am extremely disappointed you go to Starbucks this is NOT what you get. Terrible and scummy of them to do such a thing! So basically a medium is a small loaded with ice!? Will not be coming back to any DDs now! Added photo that even with ice its NOT a medium

Shanawaz Khan and Palak are incredibly kind employees who welcome me and my nephew by name each week and remember our order. The coffee is always brewed fresh and donuts are delicious. We really appreciate how they go out of the way to make friendly conversation with us. 5+ stars!
