This Dunkin’ order was a total win and felt like a step beyond the usual routine. I went with a hot cappuccino with a hazelnut shot and oat milk, and it was excellent—strong, smooth, and aromatic, with the hazelnut adding flavor without turning it sweet. A really satisfying coffee choice. The sourdough breakfast sandwich with bacon, egg, and white cheddar was hearty and well put together. The sourdough gave it a nice texture and made it feel more substantial than the standard options. I also grabbed a French cruller, which was light and airy, and it paired surprisingly well with the coffee. To round it out, the Snackin’ Bacon was a fun addition—salty, crisp, and easy to enjoy on the side. Everything came out fresh and exactly as ordered, and the balance between savory and sweet was spot on. Overall, this was a thoughtfully put-together order and a great Dunkin’ experience. I’d happily get this combo again at Dunkin’.

So I went thru the drive thru for a small coffee with 1 creme and 3 sugers...the first cup was filled with curdled creme....so I turned around, went back thru the drive thru..and let them know the problem after a 4 min huddle over the new cup...the gentleman said here's a new cup I will let them know...this is what he gave me....

I can give 0 stars terrible horrible service employees are joking and playing on their phone 📱 and cashier ignoring my order she was just ignoring my order completely I walk out no manners at all I wonder who hire this people

I couldn't figure out what happened...this is the second time I have been to this location, the first time, I had to wait almost 10 minutes for a matcha. This time I was overcharged...and I still think I didn't get the correct amount of money back. The guy at the drive thru had to get someone else to assist, and they still couldn't figure it out. I ordered a large iced coffee and two donuts, and was charged over 11.00. I'm still trying for figure this out, I was asked if I had a gift card, and they could put the difference back on that, I was asked to come back tomorrow, and I can get another coffee at no charge. I just want the problem corrected. They turned around and gave me 4.00. I tried to give this one another chance, it looks like I'll be going somewhere else to get my coffee, since they can't charge anything right
