I ordered a bacon, egg & cheese breakfast sandwich on a plain bagel, and instead sadly received a stale bagel, burnt & hardened with gooey cheese all over the inside of the bag, while the bacon completely slid out of the sandwich, greasy and sloppy. While I don't typically order hash browns, I thought I'd give them a try, but what a bad idea. The flavor was off, like they were cooked in bad oil or something. They also tasted old and after one bite I actually had to spit it out. Total waste of my money.
I ordered iced coffee and strawberry Dunkin refresher. Both were good but strawberry refresher was not freshly prepared, it was readymade fruit flavoured concentrate . that was very strong It would be better if they serve freshly prepared with less sugar. Service was good Everything neat and clean We enjoyed by sitting and watching outer view of running train.

This is NOT a medium iced coffee! I ordered a MEDIUM DRINK and wanted ice on the side so it’s not watered down and THIS IS WHAT WE GET? I will be reaching out to corporate for sure because this is stealing! I am extremely disappointed you go to Starbucks this is NOT what you get. Terrible and scummy of them to do such a thing! So basically a medium is a small loaded with ice!? Will not be coming back to any DDs now! Added photo that even with ice its NOT a medium

Shanawaz Khan and Palak are incredibly kind employees who welcome me and my nephew by name each week and remember our order. The coffee is always brewed fresh and donuts are delicious. We really appreciate how they go out of the way to make friendly conversation with us. 5+ stars!Kid-friendliness: So kind and friendly to my nephew who loves coming here to eat.

I always order a Carmel cold brew with sweet foam whenever I come to Dunkin Donuts. I have a mild intolerance to chocolate syrup. Why I don’t know but this Dunkin donuts messed up my order and gave a chocolate foam instead of the regular sweet foam. I asked them to re-make it and they told us to move to the front while they did. They give me my order and they just scrapped the chocolate out and added the sweet foam. I can not drink this now. This place is completely careless. So people who have allergies and come here beware because they just remove the allergen and give you the same product.. The next person will not be as lucky as me and go into anaphylaxis shock.

I have never been to a friendlier location. When I use my Dunkin app to order they always use my name. They always smile, and no matter who is working the drive thru they are incredibly friendly. I go out of my way to use this location. There is rarely a line, which baffles me because I rate customer service very highly. Go there for your coffee, breakfast and snacking needs!!

The drive through employee Abhi was very rude. Under no circumstances should you swear at your customers. I was distracted when trying to use my reward scan which is new to me and your attitude towards it was very unprofessional.

Absolute WORST Customer service I have EVER experienced. A man with the last name Patel was working today and he could not have been more unprofessional, unkind, he seriously had no intention for caring about any of his customers. He's been horrible before but this experience took the cake!!! NEVER returning to this location, I'm at Dunkin' Donuts locations often and this is by far the worst coffee shop I've ever stepped foot in. they need to completely clean house and get someNew employees who underatand what "respect" and "customer service" mean!!! ESPECIALLY this male by the name of Patel working at 2:40 PM on Wednesday October 12th!!! He was the rudest employee I've ever met and refused to use my Dunkin rewards for my free coffee, I asked him to try and he told me "come back next time and try" I said I'm only here because I had a FREE coffee! He said again, try another day. I said Again, I'm only treating myself to a FREE coffee cause I'm going through a lot personally and thought it would cheer me up. He responded "try again another time, that'll be $7.99"Thanks mr. Patel, way to ruin a single moms day!!!! (I would've spent that $6.99 on diapers for my 1 year old instead of a d*** coffee that was supposed to be FREE but the employee was too lazy to put in effort or even care. Such a shame. Do better.
