you really need to re train everyone in that store cause no one knows how to make the drinks a iced latte should not look like the color of milk no coffee flavor at all just pure sugary milk drink disgusting went back inside for a refund will not be coming here this happens way too often at this location no one knows how to make the drinks beyond inconsistent
Coffee is great. Walk into any Dunkin Robbins shop they are prompt, and I rarely have had poor experience.
Go into the smallest shop, there are maybe 10-15 security cameras in the ceiling (wait, don't look up), and a few chairs to sit down.
One Starbucks around the block from this Dunkin, has no chairs at all. None. Probably not even makeshift stool for the drive-thru crew, either, I'm assuming.
On your FEET, soldier, when I roll around for my sixth or seventh espresso milk for the day.

My drive thru experience this morning 2/26 643am or so was just as refreshing as the Spritz refresher. The girl at the window was so pleasant and kind. I’d rather spend my money at a place that makes my mornings better rather than a Starbucks barista that treats you like a transaction. Shout out to the team this morning for having great customer service skills. Something not typical nowadays.

They have different employees from before everyone is nice coffee is perfectly made and this establishment is always clean . The girls will remember your order if you come here frequently which is a plus and always give you a good experience.

Don't have the open sign on if the doors are locked and you're only serving drive through customers. Not everyone has a car.
The friendliest and quickest Dunkin I’ve ever been to. The first time I was surprised, then when I went back a day later it was the same great experience!

Slow service a lot of employees yet they don’t know how to do anything such a disappointing location even a toddler can do a better job then all these people together also they burnt my avocado toast that took about 15-20 minutes to make.

Asked for a simple medium hot coffee. However, it was a cup of HOT WATER MIXED WITH VERY LITTLE COFFEE For 4$ a hot cup of coffee water. BEWARE UPS TEAMSTER & OTHERS. Check your coffee before you drive off.

Every other Dunkin I go to I never have to put any type of sugar into my coffee because the creamer already the caramel especially already have sugar in it but there's dunking every time I come they can never get my order right I always ask for three caramel which I don't know if they change the caramel or they just don't follow directions or they just do not listen I always have to add sugar. Then when you explain to them that the order is wrong and politely ask if they can remake it I get an attitude or stared at like I'm stupid. Bad enough they close at 6 pm. As well as the kids for the cups leak horribly

There was a language barrier with a new employee in store which is fine but when I got my receipt the order was wrong. I told them and they made we wait 30 minutes and came back with the wrong bagel and two wraps missing. They said sorry drive thru is busy and prioritized. I saw 12 cars get their food before I was even approached bout my order. I asked for a refund since the bagel was wrong and the wraps were missing. Didn’t even want the order at this point and the last argued with me telling me not to waste food? I asked for a refund and she said she couldn’t and to come BACK IN tomorrow morning to see her manager Anushe. I asked what time they will be there and she kept saying morning and I was like if I have to drive back here I need to know what time and then she said 1pm which is not the morning… so who know what time I need to actually go in for the refund tomorrow.

The place had a really cozy atmosphere. The staff here was super nice with Adelina, Deepika, and Gautham helping us through the decision process by providing in-depth food descriptions. They’re really nice and I will definitely come here again! Shoutout manager too, I’ve heard she’s really nice.

I dislike making reviews but this one is well deserved this isn’t my first time going to this Dunkin and I’ve been here a couple of times you can call this place a hit or miss they make mistakes so much it’s ridiculous but to get to the main point I always get a iced coffee with cold foam and today I went ordered it through the speaker phone and then I went to the front window and paid for it and then a young lady gives me my drink with no cold foam I don’t make it a big deal I just ask if she would be able to add it on cause they usually tend to forget the order here and so she says they don’t have cold foam and I gave her a questionable face because I’ve been going to Dunkin for the longest and I always get that so then I tell her that that’s what I get all the time and then she proceeds to tell me they don’t have any for that day I’m not upset at the fact they didn’t have any I was upset at the fact I ordered it and they could’ve told me before I even paid but no where in that time frame they said “oh by they way we have no cold foam would you still like it” instead paid for something I didn’t want so basically if you want a headache come to this location! (The girl who attended me was working today at 1:30pm)
