I recently visited this Dunkin’ location, and overall, it was a decent experience. The food was fresh and tasty, though there’s room for improvement in variety or consistency. The service was okay but could be more attentive and friendly to create a welcoming atmosphere. The atmosphere of the store was pleasant and clean, making it a comfortable spot to enjoy a quick snack or coffee.

If they work a bit more on customer service, this could be a standout location!

Girl in the drive thru tried flirting with my bf while I was in the car lol.

I don't know why I keep getting a very expensive glass of milk when I order matcha but it's really aggravating. Please use correct proportions. Nothing I can do since it's delivered. This happens every time.

Always come here during or before its close by. Never had an issues with waiting, but this is absolutely ridiculous! Last two times in the last week and half I have come in and have waited over 45 minutes for food?! 15 minutes Standing at the front counter, just to get my order taken while they ignore me and take all the drive-through orders place is ridiculous

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. The store is what you’d expect. It’s nice. The people are nice but the donuts three visits while I’ve been in town and I always suspected that I had Day old donuts. Tonight, I decided that something is different about the batter they use the donuts are not light and fluffy very dense and dry. That has been my experience the three trips. I’ve made there while I’ve been in town working.

Mobile app drive-thru food order not filled correctly (order: Bacon Avocado Toast; received: Avocado Toast, there went my lunch planned protein/fat) and called. They "can't" credit or refund, receiving less than what I paid for. I guess I won't be ordering food here anymore. (I travel here to visit quarterly, with a specialist doctor in the area.)

Staff was very nice and food wasn't bad! interior was a little unclean though.
