Rolling up to them they sound like they dont even care. Wife tried them a couple times, and I tried them a couple times, and i refuse to go back there. Our food is always either not fully heated, or overly cooked, and a lot of times they just flat out give you the wrong food. Not only that, but all the times my wife or I went for our coffee. This place NEVER puts any sort of flavors in our drinks. Just flat out bits of milk and coffee. Despite ordering specific flavored latte's etc. Worst dunkin I have ever seen. Avoid at all costs.

Would give zero stars if I could I ordered a $6 dollars meal I never drink coffee wanted to give it a try . They spilled my food I front of me then handed me my drinks and claimed I didn’t order a meal when I know exactly what I ordered because it’s what I went for and not only did they insist I was wrong BUT they didn’t even offer to fix my order. Big girl at the window had an attitude just taking my payment. If you don’t like your job find a new one .

I just went by the drive-thru it’s 7pm and they said the kitchen is closed for the night,When I pulled up to the window I asked her she replied and said 9pm she just mentioned the total. Another girl handed me the food didn’t speak a word she had a face and then a third person handed me my drinks and was rudely about it. I wouldn’t recommend for service.

My mother came into drive thru with her dunkin cup which was clean. She asked if they were able to fill her cup and the lady with blonde hair rudely told her to “do it your self” I myself work at dunkin and as long as the cups are clean we're able to fill them…that was just plain rude,disrespectful, and lazy..won’t be coming back there again.

Consistent with other reviews. The customer service is absolutely terrible at this location. A lot of attitude given and very disrespectful comments even from the manager. Very disappointed in the service and will not be going back to this location.

Unfortunately I didn’t get the same treatment as what other reviews claimed to have gotten but it does appear to be a trend as far as what may be the same employees. Arrived at 745pm which is well before closing and asked for a bacon wrap but the cashier was immediately cut off by what may have been her shift manager and told in a snarky tone the kitchen was closed. I didn’t dispute because i assumed they were closing before I realized they still had over an hour to go. There were 3 employees so I didn’t think it was an issue and there’s no signage stating there’s a kitchen cutoff to order. I bought a doughnut and iced coffee to go but was definitely not expecting to get this much ice filled to the very top to barely fit only a few ounces of coffee. Maybe she was having a bad day but she shouldn’t take it out on customers especially in a customer service leadership role.4/25/24
