We had two Lates and both felt like water and milk. I always preferred Dunkin donut coffee to some other places. Disappointed this time. Please make the coffee strong enough to smell of coffee at least.

So I went to this Duncan second time again asked for putting some steamed milk in my coffee to which they responded we don't do it either you get latte or get out and this was the second time I was just giving them a chances thinking the last employee was rude but the store looks like run by some cheap management trying to save money on pennies let me be clear that no Dunkin as I said no Duncan throughout the country goes this cheap as cheap as the store such a shame!! Don't spoil Dunkin's name cause America runs on Dunkin stop being cheap

I told these people my order 3 times and they give me the wrong drink. Then they remade it and it was still wrong.
All I asked for was an iced coffee with cream and 1 sugar. They couldn't manage it. I don't understand what I just paid for.

The food here is fine, and the order accuracy is average. However, the drive through employees are unbelieveably rude.
The worst customer service I think I have ever experienced. I asked to sub the regular sausage in the $6 meal deal for a turkey sausage due to my dietary restrictions. The response I got was “can you read the screen? It says only sausage”. I then tried to politely change my order and was cut off (again, with an extremely rude attitude) “just the coffee”. Will never give this location business ever again. That woman needs to be fired and get a reality check.

Rolling up to them they sound like they dont even care. Wife tried them a couple times, and I tried them a couple times, and i refuse to go back there. Our food is always either not fully heated, or overly cooked, and a lot of times they just flat out give you the wrong food. Not only that, but all the times my wife or I went for our coffee. This place NEVER puts any sort of flavors in our drinks. Just flat out bits of milk and coffee. Despite ordering specific flavored latte's etc. Worst dunkin I have ever seen. Avoid at all costs.
