I had ordered a large matcha latte on door dash from this dunkin location this morning. Once i took my latte out of the bag i noticed my drink was not filled up all the way as it should have been. I paid $15.78 for the drink & a muffin just for my drink to be less of the amount it should be, if that was the case i would’ve just got a medium.

Feels like every time I’ve been here it’s always been a problem and I always brush it off til today. The workers have an attitude with me over something they said and then I pay for less ice and still get a crazy amount of ice which is nuts. Store needs to do better. Reviews for this locations speaks value!

Been here three times this week, haven't had my order correct once. When I asked why that is, the manager responded with "Maybe we'll get it next time". Terrible leadership and management. This is how you train staff to respond when people are giving you their hard earned money? Wouldn't have wrote a review if it wasn't the complete disregard for the customer that I've had to deal with 3 times in one week.

Zero stars for everything but unfortunately thats not an option for this. So I Ordered food that was cold it was not fully cooked. Called in to speak to the manager to tell him what happened, rather than apologizing for the inconvenience , or offering to refund the money or even remaking the food. Instead he makes excuses and gets defensive. Mgt sucks ????????????
Very rude, I found a bug in one of the drinks even took a picture and the lady was rude as if I made it up.. plus order was missing a sandwich. We ended up throwing all the drinks away, that is dirty and

Terrible experience. Went to drive thru and asked if there was anything dairy free and the male employee took a while to respond and when he did he said “I don’t know, it’s all donuts. Donuts are made with milk.” When asked if he could check if there was anything dairy-free, he refused and his tone was super rude too. My first time there and never going back again. I also want to add that this was around 8 pm and he said his name is Joseph.
