This is the best dunkin ever.
Staff is extremely friendly a.d they actually prepare the food with care.
Hash browns are crispy and bread is correctly toasted.

I walked in for a pickup and they did not have my complete order. Waited 5 minutes for someone to finally address me and said they were out. I asked for a refund then and they said i need to talk to a manager. Had to wait in line to talk to manager and didnt get a refund only some lesser value product. My little baby dog and husband were waiting outside in the cold for 15 minutes. Do not recommend. Will not be supporting this dunkin. Terrible location. Will cheat you out of your money and not give you what you ordered.

I've stopped at this DD a handful of times. And usually at end of day, every time it is apparent they do not want customers the last hour of operation. This last time, I was told serving lattes only because coffee machine was cleaned for the day. I know this is not how DD operates and this business should be ashamed of how it conducts it's operations when open. I usually don't post good or bad but this was the last straw. Sorry DD, but you're losing a valued customer.

We were the only customer…the employee that was working was rude and impatient when we tried to ask about the menu…I ordered some munchkins this guy grabs them with his bare hands holding a napkin!!! It’s the most disgusting thing ever!!! If you’re handling any food you should wear gloves at all times!!!I believe he is Indian if I’m not mistaken older man I would say about in his 50’ maybe older…I end up throwing it all away and did not say anything and left…I would not recommend this place

If I could 0 I would bc Maria the store manager wouldn’t give me a refund over the phone and said I have to go to the store to get it. I’m on vacation and placed the order at the wrong store and I asked her for a different number to contact and she told me to figure it out and refused to help me. So glad that someone like that is running the store great job to whoever hired her.

We love this Dunkin!! The manager, Joshua, is super friendly and always provides high level customer service. We will be coming back for Donut Fridays!

Cleanliness is important to me and they do it right! A big plus is pleasant staff and quick service. They don't have drive-thru but there's plenty of parking by the door and they'll have you on your way quickly.

We all know how the food is at Dunkin. Meh but saves the day sometimes. The manager here, Joshua, is amazing. Cool guy, fantastic service. Joshua makes me more likely to return to this location

Very friendly and starts making my coffee as I walk in the door. Morning staff including management is . This location is byfar my favorite place to go in the morning and get me going in a good mood. Thank you morning staff!

I tried ordering 4 munchkins from the friendly male cashier but a female employee told him I couldn't get 4 and had to be 5 instead. I felt she was rude to not tell me that. I will not be back. Go to the Dunkin on dundee or on rt 83 both nearby instead plus they both have a drive thru.
