My boyfriend recently left negative feedback for the way this location’s rude late night staff treated him, after accompanying me there due to how extremely uncomfortable the staff member has made me feel in the past. Management replied saying they would look into it, however I did notice just the other night the employee is still employed with them. I chose to not give them my business because of this, went elsewhere and strongly suggest you do the same. At the very least document his negative behavior here, and hopefully management will take it seriously in the future.
Service Assessment
My girlfriend and I recently experienced an extremely inappropriate and unsettling interaction with the late night staff member at this location. To give a little back story, this individual has made her so uncomfortable in past visits while alone, that she asked I accompany her to the visit I am about to describe. Upon entering and each sitting at a slot, we starting playing. As either slot wasn’t doing well, when I hit a small bonus, I decided to tell her we could switch slots so she could play it. This is when we noticed the employee standing behind her, arms crossed, leaning back against the counter on the customer’s side. We switched slots and after the short bonus, switched back. A little bit later the same thing happened again, and we believe he stood there the entire time just watching her. Shortly after this, as I could tell he was ruining what little bit of a good time she was having, I told her she should go play the slot on the far left that’s behind the partition wall which would give her some privacy. Upon her taking the advice, I told her I was going to be around the corner in the men’s room and to pound on the adjoining wall if there was an emergency. When I quickly returned and tried to sit at the slot next to her, the employee became verbally aggressive trying to get me to go to a different slot, as we feel he was concerned about this blocking his view of her. He immediately came over to start wiping down the machines next to her, which was the first time we saw him clean any of them since we walked in. As it was very clear what he was up to, in our opinion, and to communicate with her I wouldn’t be going to another machine, I told her I was going to play Monopoly, which we both knew was only on the machine next to her. It was at this point, in my opinion, that the employee was angry I was still going to sit there and when I tried to pull my neighboring, previously used chair in front of the slot next to her, as there was space from him pulling that machine’s chair out to wipe, he literally started yelling at me he didn’t want me to do it. I told him it was one less chair to wipe and that I don’t know what could possibly be the problem with this, to which he told me, “because it’s what I told you you’re not going to do.” I told him he was being rude, asked him to identify himself, and provide me with his managers information, to which he refused. It was at this point it was obvious things were taking a turn for the worse and as the two of us were incredibly unnerved at how he was behaving, I did my best to block his view of her as we cashed out and left. To help other guests and management identify this individual, since he was not wearing a name tag, here is his description: Caucasian male, in his 40’s/approximately 6’0” tall/180lbs./average build/short brown hair/glasses/slight southern accent/works evenings ‘till close.

I know it’s a pandemic but you still want business right? I saw this place as new and nice but the staff was not friendly and food was microwaveable so no thanks! Dudes that’s there later basically attacked me to put on a mask and address my want/need to him before I could even ask a question or be acknowledged. He had a mask on so relax and treat someone like they’re going to estate money in your machine...

Very clean, and staff is very pleasant. It is a low key gaming spot with the machines to the side so it is also a great place for the non-gamer. The food is typical menu of burgers, hot dogs, subs, etc. I go in a group and everyone has said their order was great, regardless what it was. It is well suited for groups.
