Chose this location for a nice intimate high quality 88th birthday celebration for my aunt. Based on all the reviews this looked to be a perfect fit. Although there were only 4 tables occupied including us, it was so loud we could hardly hear each other. Then the poor server was evidently new and so timid. She didn't know if they even had hot tea much less if there was an assortment from which to choose. She had to get help in order to get tea. We asked for limes with our water but got lemons. And the Coke was never refilled throughout the entire lunch. There was no explanation of lunch specials or what the soup of the day was. We had to actually get up from the table to find the server in order to place our order after waiting a very long time and repeatedly trying to get her attention. When we finally ordered she didn't understand the lunch special of a half sandwich and soup instead bringing a full bowl of soup and later a cup of soup with the half sandwich. She did bring my aunt a profiterole with a candle. But the other two of us weren't offered dessert or even utensils or plates to share in the birthday dessert. We got up again and took utensils from other tables. The poor girl was not ready to be on her own! Although the food was good, the sad part was that the uber newbie timid server, plus the noise level made this special occasion, which we had noted on our Open Table reservation ahead of time, a lot less special. Disappointing.
Always have had good meals at any Francesca's we've been to--and this was no exception. We were on our way home from Normal, IL and trying to decide where to eat and Francesca's was what popped up in our mind first because it's always a quality meal.
Not only is food and service excellent, but tableware and presentation are stunningly beautiful. Do not miss the desserts.

We really enjoy going to Francesca‘s for holidays and special occasions. We went for our son‘s birthday and it was excellent.
Our server Liz was courteous and attentive. The bread was warm and fresh and our meals were delicious. I enjoyed the spinach ravioli. Two members of our party had rigatoni dishes and although they are expected to be Al Dante they were a little too Al Dante. My husband felt that the Italian sausage was not necessary on the rigatoni vodka. Otherwise we enjoyed our meals.
Delicious food and amazing service!

The food was wonderful and we appreciated they did not try and hurry us away. So nice to have a comfortable restaurant, with such good food, to meet up with friends and spend time together.

We had a decent meal there, however I have 2 small complaints. The bread tasted very stale & warmed up. I ordered the Italian Chopped salad... it was tasty but not CHOPPED. I don't like big pieces of lettuce, that's why I ordered chopped.
The food was amazing and the service was even better! They were very attentive.
