You ruined Thanksgiving. I called and you said you would be open till 8pm. We also checked your website and it said open till 8pm. My family and I pulled up at 630pm on Thanksgiving. no signs on the doors saying closing early. the doors were locked. my family had burger king for Thanksgiving. You ruined our holiday. Also there were at least 3 other families in the parking lot trying to have Thanksgiving dinner. My family will never return to your restaurant....read full review
I love this food and place
Recently dined here . First plate my sister put food on and returned to the table had a bug. Showed the hostess who took the bug and said problem solved. Reached out to the manager who wasn’t concerned. Said that in some cultures that people eat bugs. Not funny. Contacted the corporate office and didn’t seem concerned. I will dine at other locations but not Arlington Heights location.
