Mugs Pizza & Grill

Mugs is one of the go to places I go to when I come home from college. It’s a place I can eat good food and hang out with friends. The vibe inside is welcoming and reminds me of home. 10/10 great place to eat.

Iam a loyal mugs customer....
I ordered delivery on 11-16-25, my food was delivered cold and the pizza looked dropped. i tried to call Mugs before posting to solve issue... i was put in hold twice then hung up on both time. Called back several timees, and no answer . Mugs is my go to but i feel as if i order before 8pm it isn't the Mugs i enjoy. I will still be a loyal customer.

This was my first and last time eating from this place. The “Philly chicken sub” was bland and the chicken was not cut up, the peppers and onions were placed in the bun first, instead of on the chicken itself.

I use to love there burgers but today it was garbage about as thin as a White Castle very disappointing I don’t know what other items they are skimping on but I’m not going to find out

Ordered The Triple Beast burger and an Italian beef. Order was correct and absolutely delicious. Staff was courteous, friendly, and attentive. Got my money's worth for sure. Highly recommend.

What a great place to grab a bite. Quick and friendly and an excellent variety. And what was better, is they were open late. Everywhere else was closed. Pizza, to burgers, to hot dogs and beef sandwiches, you can't go wrong at Mugs. And that Heavenly Dog, what a beast of a sandwich.

Horrible service. Worse attitude. I’m really tired of horrible people who think being polite is a bad thing. If you don’t like your job that’s your problem. The food is mediocre but it’s quick. Not quick enough to deal with rude people. Avoid whenever possible. Go to Pavia Pizza. Good food. Italian beef rolls are a guilty pleasure on my cheat day.
