Omg I did not expect the burger to be so big and so tasty!! Definitely stopping here again

I’ve been a customer for about 5 years and the food has always been great when I have gone. Customer service was bad last visit which means I will never go back. My boyfriend and I ordered food and when I paid for my food I provided the cashier my card and the payment went through. He told me it didn’t go through since a receipt didn’t print out and swiped my card a second time but that payment didn’t go through. I checked my bank account right away and told the cashier my transaction went through and he refused to give us the food. My boyfriend swiped his card and he gave us our food. I called back when the transaction posted on both my account and my boyfriends and provided proof we paid for the food twice and they said they would get back to me but never did. It’s horrible customer service.

Love this location. They have a drive through but also, they are open until 3am. Imagine that! Going out for ice cream on a late night in the summer. The employees at this location rock! They really get to know their customers. Food is cooked to order…always fresh and piping hot.

Best Philly Cheese steak that I've ever tasted.

I’ve been ordering Mugs for over two months and I’ve probably ordered at least 12 times. This is my first bad review I’ve ever done but the handling of my family dinner was so poor I MUST discourage anyone from eating here. (1) Only one of the four people in the back were using gloves when making the food. (2) All of my food for the BLT’s were burnt! BLACKER THAN MY HAIR AND SKIN. (3) They got my order wrong again. By the way It was so bad I actually threw the blts away after opening them. Will be requesting a refund tomorrow!!!

A little while ago I came in to pick up my order then realized when I got home my order was wrong. I went back and told them the order was wrong and just wanted to get it fixed. They proceeded to give me dirty looks and seems they were accusing me of being in the wrong. Usually if my order is wrong at places I will eat the food anyways since it’s cheap enough and am able to eat it but since this place was overpriced and couldn’t eat the wrong order due to health reasons I went back to try and get the right thing I ordered. In the end they wouldn’t make the right order and I had to pay for a whole new order. I spoke to a bunch of friends that have gone to this place and they say the service is terrible and the food isn’t good either. I myself work in the food service and have never came across a company that treats their customers like this.

Over this Labor day weekend , lots of BBQ and good food. But truthfully I couldn't wait to head to Mugs for there gyros burger !! You haven't lived till you sink your teeth into this sandwich !! Fries are fantastic !! Great place !!

Food is garbage.

First time trying there food. Pretty good. Had the basic hotdog which was a nice size. Loved the relish and mustard. Nice fries. Good service
