First time visiting and we were super impressed. Friendly service, great menu with delicious choices. The live music and great vibe was top notch! We will definitely be back!

Upon arrival we were seated right away. The staff was very attentive, but not rushed, bringing us the specials and the very cool menu on an old record cover. We ordered a bottle of wine but before we chose, our waiter didn'thave a problem with us tasting some before committing. We both had the steak and mashed potatoes. I will say med rare was medium rare. They were done to our liking koodos to the chef. After dinner we were not rushed out. Next time we will check out the live entertainment on the other side of the restaurant.

Dishes have lots of flavors you can taste different ingredients in each bite. Changing menu is very interesting. Try something different , good selection of wine and cocktails..

We ate at the restaurant before the show and were terribly disappointed. Our server was not attentive, wasn't sure what wine was in inventory, dripped wine all over the table, didn't check in after we were served our food and just did not have a professional attitude. The food was totally inadequate. My husband ordered the "Beef Stroganoff", which was just 2 slices of undercooked beef tenderloin with noodles that weren't cooked through. I had the salmon, which I think was frozen, not fresh. Although the salmon tasted pretty good, the couscous and cauliflower puree under it were cold. Also, expensive for the size of the entrees. The music venue was fantastic. Small and intimate. I'll be back for music, not food.

The appetizers were decent, but the entrees were a major letdown. The gnocchi and risotto were trying too hard to be fancy or exotic, and one of them had to be sent back because it was so bad. The price for a meal for three people came out to be over $250, which was a huge rip-off. I won't be returning to this restaurant. Also, check the Yelp reviews for this place; it's a 3.9. Like most restaurants in downtown Arlington Heights, they've gone downhill, and their Yelp reviews reflect that.

Hey Nonny is a neighborhood gem. It's more than a restaurant, more than a wonderful music room, it's the home of a community.

Two items that we ordered were inedible. The lasagna and beef stroganoff were awful. The lasagna was burnt and couldn't even be cut with a knife. The stroganoff had minimal noodles and sauce and the beef had a strange taste. We were very disappointed.

Such a great evening. Fantastic, mind-blowing music (we know the musicians, so we are perhaps biased, but I am pretty sure the whole room agreed with this assessment). Nice vibe. Service a tiny bit slow, but we didn't mind since we were totally there to hang out the whole time and listen and relax, and we realized the waiter was covering both dining rooms (or seemed to be?). We always love our visits to Hey Nonny.

We did not come for dinner. We came for drinks, dessert and the live music. The cocktails was reasonably priced and were nice. The dessert tasted better than I expected. The wait staff was very friendly and attentive. The music was nice and we was singing along. I would definitely recommend this place and will come back for dinner.

Last night's food did not meet the higher standards we've enjoyed at this place in the past. We had a shrimp cocktail appetizer and the Nonny burger. Neither was tasty. The service was somewhat amateurish. They left the menus on our table throughout the meal and they should have been more attentive. Last, we waited a long time for the waiter to bring our check. They use a digital device for payment, which I love, but I had to ask the waiter to show me the check breakdown. When he handed me the device the screen was asking for the gratuity amount. To make matters worse, my spouse had an upset stomach when we returned home. A disappointing evening, especially for what they charge.

My wife and I just went to Hey Nanny this past weekend and really enjoyed our experience! Food was awesome, service was good. We have already recommended to others and look forward to returning. We got the Waygu sirloin and beef tenderloin sandwich (both were gluten free option). Loved both! Drinks were good as well! The lobster cargo was our starter and had the gluten free option, loved it! Highly recommend from our experience.

Service was fantastic but the very limited menu had little type of foods I eat. The last several times I've eaten there the food is just not like it was awhile ago. Not sure why.

We had the prix fixe meal for the week. We all chose the whitefish and all found it very well prepared. The other 2 courses were also excellent. If it matters, the presentation was well done. Since it appears that the prix fixe menu changes weekly, I'm not sure how helpful this will be but the value was definitely exceptional. Highly recommend.

Nice spot for a date night/dinner. We made it for happy hour and the $8 cocktail that I tried was very good. The duo that were performing were very talented. The food and service were both excellent.

Sat outside and it was very nice. Food was good. Service was uneven. may be they were short on staff. Sometimes we couldn't find any server. Certainly did not rush us to leave.
