Excellent prime rib. Others enjoyed salmon and filet. Dinners include soup, salad and potatoes rice. Server very attentive.

Food and service was great. We enjoyed our late lunch and food. You can't beat the soup here. All home made. Only problem I have with restaurant is having an employee vacuuming all around us while we were trying to eat and talk. All I could smell was that vacuum smell. There was only one other table beside us in dining room, so how much stuff could be on the floor before the dinner service started? Vacuum before you open or don't seat people in room if you plan on running vacuum.

I wanted to share feedback about my recent dining experience at your restaurant. Unfortunately, the service and overall experience fell well below expectations, especially given the price point and your restaurant’s reputation.

From the start, our waitress was inattentive. We waited roughly 15 minutes before being acknowledged, during which time waters, bread, and specials were served, but no drink orders were taken. When she finally approached, we decided to place our full order at once due to the delay. Midway through taking our order, she abruptly left to attend to another table, returning later to resume where she left off.

The rack of lamb I ordered was overly salted and not cooked as requested. Given the quality and price, it was disappointing. Throughout the meal, there were long gaps in service, and when the waitress finally noticed we were finishing, she brought boxes but never asked if we wanted dessert or anything else.

At the end of the night, after paying a sizable bill for food and service we did not enjoy, I made the decision not to leave a tip. As we were leaving, the waitress immediately approached our table to check the bill, then followed us into the vestibule and outside the restaurant, demanding an explanation for the lack of tip. She raised her voice, stated that she had children, and told us we would “get our karma.” The encounter was uncomfortable and inappropriate.

Since she insisted on knowing why, I’m sharing this feedback in the hope that management addresses the behavior and ensures no other guests experience the same treatment. No diner should feel harassed or followed for offering honest feedback through their tip.

Perfect evening. A round table, as requested, was waiting for us. Outstanding server, good food! What else could you ask for? We'll be back soon!

The food was very good, as always. The ambience pleasant. Our server whose name I believe is Anna P, which I got from the receipt, was defensive, sarcastic and downright rude. I really don't like to criticize a server, but in this case, the behavior continued and I was taken aback by it. I believe she's been there a long time so maybe this was just an off day for her. That being said, we really like this Jameson's and will be back.

We thought the food was very delicious but our waiter barely talked us and paid no attention to us. I don't know if it's because he brought me the wrong type of drink and I didn't want that or what. At the very end I had said did they mention anything about our anniversary and he said no but did give us some cake. So I recommend the restaurant for the food but hopefully you don't get our waiter Theo, he kind of ruined the experience. I say kind of because I don't want his attitude to take away from our occasion, we laughed about it.

Our server, Tateiana, was very attentive, efficient, and eager to please. We ate in the late afternoon, so it was nice and quiet.

This is the best Jameson's of all in the of area. Large menu, very good food and reasonable prices.

Great service and excellent food. Very reasonable prices for the quality of food. The restaurant inside is a little dark. Had to break out the cell phone flashlight to read the menu.

Always a nice meal at Jameson's. Great service, nice pour on the cocktails, large portions on the entrees and never disappointed by the restaurant.

Food was good, but portions seem to have gotten smaller. Soup arrived only moderately hot and was sent back to heat up. Our waitress was very pleasant, but probably slowed down by lack of staff due to small dinner attendance.
