Don’t make people feel bad about bringing 100 dollar bill. ( acceptable US currency ) . I literally felt like I was the one to do something wrong with a 100 dollar bill. Because apparently you don’t accept it. Thankfully I was able to walk in the 90 degree weather to the bank to get 20s. That’s totally not an inconvenience for a place that wants people to get their sandwiches “freaky fast” . Do Better

When you order a giant sub with double the meat and they don't give you double the meat what do you do complain? Yes sure you do but they always give you a poor excuse like well we put double meat its so annoying when you know they didn't and are just lying I have ordered this from other Jimmy johns and they prepare it properly this is the second time I have received something other than what I've ordered from this store so now I hope they receive karma and get treated the same way the next time they pay for something and receive less than what they paid terrible management obviously.

Service was good but the sandwich was so empty inside , just bread with lettuce/onion/oregano and one slice of salami and cheese. Poorest Vito I have ever had. No wonder this store has low ratings. Not worth the money.

Highland Reel Vs Bricks And Mortar Elate

Good food, good employees with good service. I would give 5 stars but there are constantly people double parking right in front of the store causing traffic jams and making it difficult to get parking. If it’s a school day it’s not good to eat on side it’s like a zoo when they have a lot of kids inside, kids shouting and talking way to loud.

Ordered through the jimmy johns app, waited almost an hour for my food with no update. Called and they pretty much forgot about it and said they could have it out in an hour. WHAT!?!? Waited an hour for nothing??? SO MAD. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD.

Within the past few months this has gone from the best Jimmy John's, to the worst Jimmy John's. Sandwiches are not fresh, particularly bread and protein. Instructions are not followed (light mayo or guac=no mayo or guac, and apparently two cumbersome to cut a sandwich in half when requested).

As an FYI to others, I already filled out the form for feedback that they have already provided to others who have had negative experiences. I received no response. I gave them at least 10 days before posting this.

Rude and not knowledgable staff. Could not answer questions and made me package my own food because they couldn't be bothered to grab a bag and napkins for me. Sad customer service

You’ll never believe this, I made an online order the night before Labor Day and when I went in to pick up the order on Labor Day, late morning, my order couldn’t be found. Well after a few minutes of research, it was shared with me that I put the order in for the wrong day. I mistakenly made the order for the following day. Honest mistake. Unfortunately this is where the store dropped the ball and it got very weird on what could have been a very easy customer satisfaction issue and resolution. Once the manager discovered I made the mistake he told me that my order is for tomorrow and went on to care for the next customer. Yikes, while it was obvious I needed the order completed today, the manager had no idea what to do. I asked him, will he go ahead and make my sandwiches while I wait, it was only three sandwiches. He replied, well they will be ready tomorrow. I said, well I get that, but can we get those going now? He said something about calling corporate and was very confused. I mean the only thing he should have said is, sure we’ll get that done for you, give us a few minutes and we’ll take care of you.
But that did not happen, since they could not figure out what to do, I asked for a refund and he completed that in 10 seconds! Oh well. Sounds like this store needs a lot of customer satisfaction training. Especially after reading some of the other reviews. There is a lot of competition out there!

Absolutely worst location ever. How this place is still in business is beyond me. Every time we have ordered from this location the order was completely wrong. Today we placed an order at the office. One hour later the order was still not there: When I called to check on my order the staff was super rude and hung up. When I called back again they said the order is a few minutes away. They then refunded the order without telling me. When I called back to ask for the General Manager, the “manager “ refused to give me his name or phone number. He also refused to give me his name and told me that is none of my business. So rude and unprofessional.

BEWARE! Family got horribly sick from their food. Ive never seen Jimmy Johns of such low quality. Tried to contact management, which was a pain in an of itself, and then claimed that 'nothing is wrong and everything is of the highest value'. The place was dirty as can be on the inside with 1 kid trying to hold the whole place down. The veggies were all wilted and mush, meat was slimy, and the bread was as hard as a baseball bat. Stay away or go to any other JJ for sure is advised

Jimmy Johns is usually the pick for any road trips I go on, so I’ve been to enough to know this location is top tier! The staff is so amazing, kind, and just very attentive. The amount of times I’ve forgotten to customize my sandwhich, they already know my order by heart and just fix it! Staff is awesome here, and this location has the most fresh food! Good job to everyone working there, as well as whoever manages this store! Coco & Blu across the street & the rest of the town love you guys! ?

Similar to many other comments, this is the slowest, delivering Jimmy John’s I have ever purchased a sandwich from. Currently going on an hour since I placed an order, called store, and they said it is coming “within 30 minutes”. I live 5 minutes away. This is not the first time this has happened either. I would suggest ordering delivery from another store if you can’t carry out.

Food is fine. It is a typical Jimmy John's. Delivery is the slowest Jimmy John's on the planet. You'd think they had to helicopter each order in individually from JJ headquarters in Champaign.Just go in and carry out if you must order from here. If you want delivery, your order is going to be the slowest delivery you've ever experienced. I don't know if it's that there's a ton of people ordering from here, if they are chronically understaffed, or what, but every time I decide to give it another try my order takes minimum 45 minutes and often an hour or more to traverse the five blocks to my doorstep.
