Lola's Pizza & Tiki Bar

This place is sus. There are security cameras EVERYWHERE and an automatic 20% gratuity for a party of FOUR or more.... really, a standard family is a burden for wait staff, which we had to wait a crazy amount of time for at the table? Pizza was fine but certainly nothing to chase back for. The prices were not for the price conscious family and even a soft drink was near five dollars.

I’m a server and have been working customer service for 5 years now. I’ve never been to restaurant where if a customer doesn’t like their drink, they won’t remake it or offer a different drink. We will not be coming back. I thought restaurants were supposed to be accommodating but I guess not at Lola’s Pizza and Tiki bar

NEW EDIT: Now why would you lie?!! The server did not offer a new drink to us. He was a middle aged man and offered us pineapple juice for us to add to the drink. Then proceeded to tell us they do not take back or remake drinks.

Let's start with having to wait 25 minutes to have our order taken. Ordered another drink, and it took another 30 minutes. But the absolute best was the MANDATORY 20% GRATUITY for a large party. There were 4 of us, since when is 4 people considered a large party??? Needless to say I definitely won't be going there anymore.

EDITED TO ADD: Read reply, and NONE is true - there were 5 tables and 2 booths with people when we went in - so not busy at all. I ordered another beer - not a mixed drink - so that should only take a few minutes - not 30 minutes. NOTICE - no reply at all to the MANDATORY 20% CHARGE FOR LARGE PARTY

I used to love coming to this place! Drinks are amazing (although they take forever to make and SUPER expensive). But recently, the prices seemed to have increased while the quality of food has declined (where are the Mac n cheese balls?!) also the hostess and staff can be super rude. We were told prior to sitting that our kids had to sit in their seats and not get up at all although no one was in there. They act like customers are a burden and not wanted - maybe that’s why they’re only open 4 days a week for a few hours.

Unique place to eat pizza, but that's about it, Pizza was ok not terrible, the mocktails were not good. $110 for 4 Mocktails and a XL pepperoni pizza and a $20 table service charge for party of 4? Thanks not a tip (Crook County) again Unique place to eat but that is about it.

This place is a taste of home for those who have Hawaii in their hearts! Reservations now accepted, the drink menu, and the drinks themselves, are tasty, fun, and works of art! Some are individual drinks, others are set up to share! Decor, music, and true Ohana vibe makes this a fabulous place to gather! Would only recommend for family or small groups. This place is TINY in size but HUGE in spirit! No kiddos allowed after 8:00 pm as it is a true Tiki Bar. Go for pizza, apps, burgers. Fun s'mores dessert for the holidays. Parking lot is SUPER LIMITED as well! Please help everyone and carpooll! Mahalo Lola's!
