Charged 5 dollars for raw vegetables which we did NOT order! Didn't take off charge! That was ridiculous! We wanted all red peppers no green!! Also a 3% surcharge not told about!

We celebrate every Cinco de Mayo, which also happens to be my sister's birthday, at Mago in Arlington Heights. We always enjoy ourselves there, and this year was no exception. After being seated, our server took our drink Orders and brought us thin, crispy chips accompanied by three delicious homemade salsas. Next we ordered guacamole, which was prepared table-side with tomatoes, onions, Chiles, cilantro, and just the right amount of heat. Our entrees included sumptuous chicken...

Been coming to Mago since they first opened and have always had great food and service. Chef Juan's recipes are fantastic and he has elevated traditional Mexican food to a new level. In addition, his selection of moles are incredible and can be matched with your choice of protein. Love the shrimp with pistachio mole, and last night had three small filet mignons with his special apple, cinnamon mole. Was delicious. We will be back!
