Ordering takeout they never fill the fries. Ordered medium size but it is barely filled looks like barely a small size order of fries in a medium container. Third time it has happened.

I usually give great reviews when they're well deserved I ordered a meal for myself and my son when I pulled up to pick up my food through the drive-thru I received an order that I didn't order I explained to the woman that the order was wrong. I explained to her what my order was so she had to go back inside McDonald's. So as we were sitting she comes back to my car and says here's your order. The order was still wrong! She insisted that was what I ordered I showed her the receipt instead of trying to sympathize with me or offer me some kind words, she still insisted that was my order I took the bag and me and my son left very unhappy, it wasn't so much about me it was about that I had promised my son all morning we would go there for lunch. kids remember things he had the worst experience watching me have a conversation with this woman that was just irate so buyer beware McDonald's East golf road, in Arlington heights Illinois you might want to think twice about going there:-(

I will never come back again I have come through multiple times on motorcycle and have been served no problem but then some girl who deserves to be fired is yelling at me saying racist slurs at me I please employ the management to review the footage and explain to me why a employee turned away a paying customer that has been served before multiple times on a motorcycle before and then all of a sudden gets kicked out the employee was extremely unprofessional and deserves to be fired And this review will stay till the person who harassed me is fired with evidence

How long would it take you to make FRESH hamburgers and fries at your home? Now divide that by 6 and that’s what McDonalds does all day long. Rich people crying it’s not fast enough. Go to a nice restaurant and lemme know how long it takes to eat there. I mean a real nice one where it’s over $500 per person.
We just purchased a kids' meal, and we received a very old toy(Mario Kart). We're supposed to get a mutant turtle toy. Don't go to this location for a Kids' meal. makes kids and parents mad. Last month, we went to 4times for a Kids' meal and we received the same lil toy(yellow phone toy).
