They always mess up the order in some way. Today it was missing food items. I can deal with wrong orders, but not missing items. All curbside pick up slots are full yet Google maps says less busy. What?
Went thru drive thru on 12/8/34. The women could not speak English and did not do my order correct. Second woman spoke English but could no understand English well. They laughed at me cuz they over charged me and I will be contacting corporate on Monday.

I would put 0 stars, this place lacks communication ability. No one speaks English but my main issue is that they don’t ever give my children their sauces with their happy meal or chicken nuggets order and when I go back to the counter they ask me to pay for it. It’s happened 4 times already! Where are the old McDonald service, MCD is going bad.

Since it's McDonald's I can leave this same review for all locations. The short story is I can get way better food for the same price at other places. There's no reason for us to go more than the 1 or 2 times a year we go.

There is seriously no point of ordering through the app. It takes them longer to make the food and bring it out to us. I was park there and notice if you go through the drive thru, it’s so much faster
McDonald uses the app to just try to get more orders, it’s not faster to get the food.

Pulled up to drive through at 4:00 on a Wednesday. Got in the right lane cause the left lane had a work truck blocking it. Finally truck pulls away and they only took orders from the left lane. Literally left us hanging there. We watched six cars go through the left lane and they still didn’t take our order. Finally, I had to get out of the car to walk into the restaurant and ask what was going on. Totally clueless. The woman working the counter was nice and apologized. The others working the drive through could have cared less. Whoever worked the window needs serious retraining.

Absolutely worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Arrived on a Wednesday around 2 pm and placed an order at the kiosk. Waited 15 min for my order. Not one time anyone asked me what I was waiting for and no apologies for taking an eternity for food. Useless management at this location

Watch out! They will charge you for the Ronald McDonald House Charity without you giving consent and without telling you. I brought it up to the manager after catching it on my receipt and they wouldn't reverse it either. Check your receipt. This location can't be trusted.

Drive-thru is TERRIBLE at this location. Half of the time I am asked to pull into the numbered slots and wait for someone to bring my order out. In the last 2 months I have had to wait over 10 minutes on 3 different occasions. Last week, they had SEVEN customers lined up in numbered slots waiting for food.
