Employee abruptly stated store closed at 10 pm, on spite of door decal showing 11 pm closing on Saturday. Further stated "upper management" refused multiple requests for new decal. Apparently $25 is too much to pay for a new decal, which could have avoided the unpleasant way the information was presented.

If you see this Mendez family sign expect to be ignored! This is the third Mendez family mcdonald's I have walked out of because the excessive number of employees there just look at me and turn around and go to the back! From now on when I see this sign I know to just leave.

The nastiest Shamrock shake I've ever had. Watered down fluorescent green with an artificial chemical taste. What has happened to the quality of your food? Customer service with no smile either. Bring back the old days of McDonald's please.

As usual, the filet of fish was fresh and tasty for the crispy chicken sandwich. It was old and moldy soggy terrible. Then they ordered a quarter pounder which had to been under the heat lamp for a half an hour. It's all dried upI've learned and I should have implemented. What I learned is that you have to make a special customized order in order to get a fresh order so you have to either have something customized in the sandwich. This way they'll make a fresh order for you. Otherwise you get the old soggy terrible half hour old item

Did a mobile order, and when I got home, my quarter pounder delux patty looked like a dog chewed it and they put on the bun added cheese and sent it out as you can see in the pictures. So disappointed in McDonald's quality these days.
