We happier now, we received a full refund and a comped meal for another time.
We ordered two Bacon Quarter Pounders with cheese on August 1 at about 7:30. When we got them home, one burger was missing bacon and the second burger was missing bacon AND cheese. We didn’t get a receipt.
We called, and the first person we talked to seemed to think we should drive back to get them, and the second person hung up on us. Needless to say, we are not happy.

I would not go here again. Customer service and the quality of food lacks in this location and many other McDonald locations in the area. The employees and manager in this location do not value their job or the quality of work and service they provide for the customers. And it definitely shows in the quality of food they serve. Customers have noted quick service, with orders being delivered in less than 5 minutes, and the quality of the food, including the McChickens and Nuggets, has been praised. Despite some unexpected characters appearing in the restaurant, the quality of the burgers and the overall experience continues to impress.
