Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Every single table and counter was filthy. Guy at the register who had been standing there a while literally walked away after a minute of ignoring me and everyone else in the kitchen just ignores you while standing around talking.. fountain machine is broken and the ketchup dispenser is empty and they don’t wanna help.. oh and the fries were stale and cold.

We went with 4 kids so they had pizza and fries. The pizza was surprisingly good. We also had salads. Also very good. Service was fabulous. The kids enjoyed the coloring sheets so it made dinner much easier.

This place is nasty as hell, i used the drive thru, i specifically asked for fresh fries and they said yes and made me pull over for them and wait such a long time for them, to not give me fresh fries! They wer cold, old, and tasted fishy, ive never been so disgusted by mcdonalds fries .

Once again the most terrible drive through service. All 7 cars in the drive through were laying on their horns because the employees took orders and stopped serving. Absolute worst customer service.

The service is impeccable... always friendly and fast, even when they're short handed... I don't think the store has any control over it but my only complaint would be the amount of pepper on the sausage patties... mostly it's all you taste in the sandwich

Well, I came in for dinner and waited 5 minutes ti even be looked at, after that i was astounded when I saw this lady on her apple watch while cooking food... nobodh knows where that watch has been or if its ever been cleaned... as gross is that already is, soon after she was wiping her nose with the gloves.. then touching food... disgusting...
I relayed this to the manager and he is now aware to watch his employees. I can only imagine how much food she's touched today or ever, and how many people are potentially sick... I won't be eating here again. Whoever the manager is on duty at 4:30 on Tuesday, January 28th, is respectable and needs a raise and new employees because his employees just don't care. He was running register, window, and food all at once.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service at this McDonald’s location. I consistently order ahead for pickup to save time, yet my order is NEVER ready when I arrive. What’s the point of offering an “order ahead” option if customers still have to wait around as if they ordered in person? This has happened every single time, and it’s clear there’s no urgency or organization in preparing mobile orders. I won’t be returning to this location until they improve their process.
