We ordered a few dozen for an event ahead of time on Snackpass. Everyone raved about how great they tasted. The texture was spot on with a variety of flavor.
On top of that, the customer service is the best. They were super accommodating and helpful. The owner and staff are absolutely amazing. Definitely a repeat customer moving forward.

Swearing too loud in the kitchen to hear customers saying "hello" multiple times. The food ordered was on the counter and we were trying to get an employees attention. They couldn't hear us over their inappropriate conversation in the kitchen. Unprofessional, inappropriate, and no one should have to listen to them swearing while gossiping when customers are trying to get the food we pay for.

I walked in on a Sunday afternoon. Two workers and not even a "hello". We went to the order online... wanted to taste 2 before buying two dozen. The girl behind the counter never said a word...just set them down on the counter. I bought a cute 3 item box with a ribbon plus two dozen. $96 dollars. The bags were just set on the counter...I noticed no cute box, no ribbon..."we're out." No options, nothing more was offered.
Terrible service. Not ever getting my business again. Left with a bad taste in my mouth.

I had ordered from uber eats and the Hot Cheetos was cold. The cheese inside was not even melted. It was stale.

Pretty cool little place. The donuts were awesome. Can’t really comment on service because basically you use a iPad to order and then pick your stuff up at the window. But it was an overall fun experience.

I went to Mochinut very excited because of good reviews. I can’t speak for the donuts or the Korean corn dogs but the bubble tea was absolutely horrendous. I ordered the hazelnut cacao snow with tapioca. It seemed like there was no sweetener or dairy in there, which is fine but it also tasted like their ingredients were very old. And even though it was a blended drink, it was still separated with liquid in the outside and tasteless ice in the middle. It just tasted odd and was unappetizing. I also ordered a mango pomegranate black tea without sugar but it still tasted very sweet and odd. However, the interior is nice and the staff was nice (though we had to wait a long time for our drinks despite it being empty) so that’s the only reason I would give them three stars instead of one.

The donuts are incredible. Expect a very slightly different texture than a traditional donut but they are so dang delicious. I could eat a truck load of them.

Honestly a calm place to be at and will come again in the future, their mochila donuts are amazing and the got a big selection of drinks with fast service
