Mochinut / Quickly Bubble Tea

Got there at 8:10 and they were closed. Confused because it says close at 9:00pm.

We waited till 11:00 to open, 5 minutes late to open. The girl doesn’t say anything. We ordered thru kiosk. We have been waiting for a 10 minute. Nothing is happening. Worst experience ever. Never comeback.

You need to have time to come here. We were the only customers in the shop and waited 15 min for 2 boba teas and a mochi hot dog and 3 readymade donuts. Donuts glaze is very sweet, although the texture is nice. Customer service is absent as mentioned in other reviews. The shop is nice and clean though.

I came in during the weekday, around 5:15, about a month ago. There was not one person in sight. I said hello a couple of times without any replies. I dodged traffic on Arlington Heights Road to park at the lot across the street so I was committed to buy.

I placed my order at the kiosk. Waited for someone to come out to greet me or pack my order. I was the only person in the store. Approx. 5 mins later a girl popped out of the back wearing a T-shirt, called my name (yes - there was still no other customer in the store) handed me a box, and didn’t say anything else. I asked her for a bag so I wouldn’t lose my mochi donuts as I dodged traffic on AH back to my car. She bagged up my box and handed it to me.

There was no hello, no thank you, no have a good day, not a sound except for my name. For about $40 a DOZEN (after tax), I would have expected some sort of customer service.

I really hope this was a one off, not the normal for business. The donuts were good. They were fresh and chewy. The flavors popped and were a nice treat.

However, for the cost and lack of customer care, I’m going to keep looking for another mochidonut location. At almost $4 for a donut, come out and say HI! The owner needs to do better at training employees.

ordered a caramel latte thinking it was a iced LATTE with coffee/espresso I got milk with carmel sauce in it lol disgusting insanely expensive too $8 for caramel and milk unreal

We ordered a few dozen for an event ahead of time on Snackpass. Everyone raved about how great they tasted. The texture was spot on with a variety of flavor.
On top of that, the customer service is the best. They were super accommodating and helpful. The owner and staff are absolutely amazing. Definitely a repeat customer moving forward.

Swearing too loud in the kitchen to hear customers saying "hello" multiple times. The food ordered was on the counter and we were trying to get an employees attention. They couldn't hear us over their inappropriate conversation in the kitchen. Unprofessional, inappropriate, and no one should have to listen to them swearing while gossiping when customers are trying to get the food we pay for.

I walked in on a Sunday afternoon. Two workers and not even a "hello". We went to the order online... wanted to taste 2 before buying two dozen. The girl behind the counter never said a word...just set them down on the counter. I bought a cute 3 item box with a ribbon plus two dozen. $96 dollars. The bags were just set on the counter...I noticed no cute box, no ribbon..."we're out." No options, nothing more was offered.
Terrible service. Not ever getting my business again. Left with a bad taste in my mouth.

I had ordered from uber eats and the Hot Cheetos was cold. The cheese inside was not even melted. It was stale.
