Mont Blanc Pastry

Probably the best slice of matcha green tea cake I've had, it was delightful. We also ordered a tiramisu cake, which was very decadent and rich (much better than what we had at Tous Les Jours) and a slice of Kahlua. However, they hardly had anything on display that early Saturday afternoon, it's best to order in advance to avoid waiting for them to prepare. Just wished they had more cakes on display. The staff is friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend it.

This pastry shop offers a unique approach to their mouse cakes. While the display window didn't showcase a vast selection, I was pleasantly surprised to learn they have a photo album filled with additional options that can be ordered. The staff, particularly the lady I spoke with, was incredibly helpful, providing detailed information on ordering and flavors. My check was 18$ for 3 pieces
I ended up purchasing three different mouse cakes to sample. Overall, I'd rate the taste a 4 out of 5. While they weren't my absolute favorite, they were certainly well-made and could easily appeal to others' preferences. My main expectation was to see a wider variety of pastries readily available in the shop window, but the ordering system does compensate for that.

The cakes here are legit and so good! I've had their Strawberry shortcake and their Matcha green tea cake and both were amazing. But, their Matcha green tea cake is where it's at! So light and not too sweet~ They decorated it very nicely for my wife's birthday and my wife raved about the cake when she opened the box and got a taste! The person at the bakery (I'm assuming the owner) was very friendly and accommodating. Definitely will try more of their cakes in the future and I hope people continue coming here and supporting this business.

This is a small pastry shop. Parking lot is sufficient but kind of limited. We tried a couple slices. One was raspberry mousse and the other was moka coffee cream. They tasted kind of average, nothing extraordinary. The owner was very kind and helpful. It’s about $5-6 for one slice.

This is the best cake shop in 20 mile radius of Arlington Heights. I have tried 5 cake slices of different flavors until now and all were fantastic!! The cake is low on sugar and has real cream. The lady who works there is friendly and discusses flavors and textures with me. I am thinking of buying a whole cake for private and office parties. This place beats all the bakeries in town and trust me I have been in several countries and many states within the US. Don’t let the slightly isolated location deter you from visiting. Cheers.

I was on the hunt for an Asian bakery for my mom’s birthday, because she prefers cakes that are not too sweet and more unique than a vanilla or chocolate. I ordered a Mont Blanc cake (chestnut flavor) a few days in advance for pickup and everyone loved it. I’d definitely recommend trying this bakery!

The single serve cakes/cupcakes are a little pricey, but are pretty unique and large. I definitely splurged on one for myself before the party. Yum!

We came in for a slice of a vanilla cake. We got a mocha slice which was decadent.

I got the matcha crepe cake for my mom’s birthday, and it was delicious! The taste was not too sweet, the matcha flavor was very distinct, and the chocolate strawberries were amazing. My mom said it was the best cake she ever had.

The lady at the front was very kind and patient. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a great dessert.
