This is an excellent place for breakfast. They make their own ham and it's excellent!!! The portions are massive but the prices are small. Our server was excellent. She was very friendly and helpful.

What a disappointment! My husband has raved about the ham for years, and it was so dry and fatty and tasteless he didn’t even eat it. My omelet was visually messy, dry, crusty, with cheese laid on, not even melted inside. Hash browns/pancakes. Yikes. Waitress never returned. Someone else gave us more coffee. My husband wouldn’t complain, just won’t return. It was the worst breakfast ever! I would suggest Mr Allison and his chef, at the very least, learn how to cook a fluffy tasty omelette, buy a better grade of potatoes, and learn to cook tasty hash browns. I know this is a popular restaurant, I just don’t know why.
If you love ham this is the place to go. In addition to the wonderful ham dishes there is a menu full of breakfast and lunch items.

This place feels very homely and comfortable. Great food, and amazing staff. Even though I was missing silverware, when the waitress had a moment (busy day), she immediately apologized and ran to grab some with extra napkins. She checked on us multiple times as well and was very friendly each time. I will definitely eat here again
