Absolutely the WORST Hotdogs and FRIES we have ever had. How dare they put a sign in front of heir store that they have the Best Fries Ever. They were greasy and limp and the hotdog tasted like doodoo. Threw the fries out to the squirrels, not sure they will even eat

Picked up a slice that was made to order with a side of cheese fries.I was let down by the crunchy and possibly stale french fries. The slice was meh. When biting into slice you get the generic pizza sauce taste along with a gooey cheese that leaves you wishing it had more of a bite.

Was there on a Sunday afternoon 7/9/23, I ordered a beef w/sweet peppers. Not sure what seasonings they used, it was horrible. Didn't taste anything like a beef would. Tasted like a lot of oregano and other spices that didn't belong, I couldn't figure it out. I love a beef w/spices, but it was way overboard what ever was used. Was very disappointed, I couldn't finish my sandwich, it was that bad.

My recent encounter with Mug's left me thoroughly disappointed. Not only did they fail to provide the condiments I requested, but their response to my complaint was shockingly unprofessional. In fact, they decided to blacklist me from their company for simply expressing my dissatisfaction. This level of disregard for customers is unacceptable. I strongly recommend avoiding Mug's and choosing a pizza company that values its customers.

My wife ordered pizza for her coworkers at the hospital to celebrate our daughter’s wedding. She was very happy with the pizza and service. And I enjoyed the excellent leftovers that she brought home!

Worst customer service ever. You call in to place order and they put you on hold for more than 10 minutes. Call back and they still put you on hold. The male guy taking the order is very and unprofessional. I'd fire him if I were the owner.

My favorite, nearby, quality hot dog place - who also has a lot of other equally great menu items - and the dogs are done how a true Chicago hot dog should be. They actually use Vienna Beef hot dogs and S.Rosen's buns, both steam-prepared and not grilled - perfect!I equally love all of their menu and have either had everything offered or are pretty close to doing so! The pizza is awesome, as is everything they prepare, plus if you really need a great hot dog, pizza, burger, fries, and anything else, they're open every night until 3AM!!! Definitely a must-do if you need something late at night! ??

First thing everything is sold individually no combo.(that was the first thing I didn’t like) second thing I didn’t like is their prices are not posted at all on their menu, and I know why now. I ordered a steak sandwich, small fry and a large coke (which isn’t very large) and my meal was 20.56 that is insane for what I got. The fries are good, the steak was fatty.I won’t be back

Since they changed location, food quality has gone down the drain. We ordered two fries; one bag was full the other only half full. Burgers were raw, some condiments & toppings were missing and had so much mayo that sometimes it overpowered the taste of the sandwich. Ordered wings as well. They were so small it felt like they came from a pigeon. You get what you pay for I suppose. Also, the girls at the counter were very unprofessional and careless. Very disappointing and unsatisfactory experience and I most likely will be stirring away from that location in the future.

Mugs pizza and ribs is a great family friendly restaurant. The food is delicious. The owners are very friendly. My whole family love the pizza and wings ,ribs, and milkshakes. Highly recommend to everyone.Kid-friendliness: My kids love the pizza and milkshakes

I ordered a cheeseburger and it was the worst burger I ever had. It’s like they took it out the freezer straight to the grill. It was like cardboard and very bland. It had no seasoning at all. The fries they claim are cut fresh. It was horrible and way over cooked. It was burnt. Worst MUGS ever.

If I could give this place negative zero stars I would! Eat somewhere else! They cook their food with their bare hands without washing them. I ordered a meal here and it was incorrect when given to me in the drive-thru. I went inside to tell them about the correction and they had an attitude when fixing the issue when it was due to their behalf. While fixing my sandwich the owner wiped his bare hands and touched inside his nose then continued to fix the sandwich while touching the bun, meat, and toppings on my sandwich. I was baffled as he continued without saying a word. I brought the issue to his attention and he had an even bigger attitude. He told me “do you want the sandwich or your money back?” … taken aback I told him that I would like for him to remake it with gloves possibly. He refused. I asked for a refund and never returned. In addition to their lack of cleanliness and regard to customers food, they took about an hour fixing the food and giving it to me. The food was cold and the sandwich was dry with no toppings (I had asked for toppings). If you want food from an uncleanly and time consuming restaurant this is the place for you!
