Great food, if you can wait :30 minutes. Clearly understaffed vs. the volume of takeout orders flowing in on a Saturday night. Store visitors come second.

My daughter and I went to this location. Food was good. Staff was friendly. We will eat here again.

My first time here. We ordered my daughter a kids meal and a side of rigatoni and mentioned her allergies (dairy and egg). When we got home, we noticed drops of cheese sauce inside the container. So much for an allergy notice. We had to throw it away.

Absolutely zero parking. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WASTE OF SPACE.

Hugo, Gianna, J.M. and the whole team always seem to get it right. They're detailed about the gluten-free/friendly options whereas some other places seem frustrated by my allergic concerns. Seems every time I come in, the staff is happy...and not the fake customer-service type of happy. Now if only you can do something about the throngs of teenagers that swarm the place... Bless your noodles!

He was very friendly, helpful, and efficient. I really appreciate employees like him whenever I order food from a restaurant.

Heads up that my mom and I both got food poisoning from this restaurant on 11/2/24. She ordered pesto cavatappi and I ordered chipotle chicken cavatappi. We split an order of caesar salad so it may have been the salad. I had darrhea and stomach pains and my mom was vomiting and diarrhea.

Horrible experience, waited 10+ min for my pickup order that was just sitting behind the counter. No worker would even look at me. Had to finally announce myself. Then they forgot my drink. Horrible customer service and a complete embarrassment of a place. Train the staff better or make the pickup orders available on the shelf like most fast food places.

I ordered through Instacart. I ordered the Japanese udon. There was hot pepper in it. No mention of it. I hate hot pepper. Living in Japan, I have NEVER had to police my food for pepper…. I hate surprises.
