The staff members were making a large To-Go order and all three staff members looked at me multiple times but refused to address that they will be with me soon/are busy. I waited 12 minutes standing by the register before I decided to leave. I have no problem waiting if the staff are busy but their refusal to say anything to me as they walked by the register multiple times as I legitimately stood there for over 10 minutes is poor customer service.

How do you mess up mac and cheese? I ordered the Buffalo chicken mac. There was virtually no cheese on it. I received a bowl of dry elbow macaroni with a light sprinkling of shredded cheese, which is technically mac and cheese but massively disappointing. Then they threw some ok chopped breaded chicken and an equally disappointing drizzle of Buffalo sauce on top. 90% of my meal had 0% flavor. Would not go back.

Absolutely terrible. Friend had Mac and cheese here and chipped his tooth on some small rocks in it. Came in again and asked for the meal deal, which adds a side and a drink to your pasta dish for $3.85. Girl at the counter didn’t want to give me my drink, saying it costs extra. Had to talk to a manager just to get a drink which I ordered.

Noodles and Company is consistently good food. It's prepared fresh while you wait. Never had one I didn't like. Last time we went there they got one of our orders wrong but it was eaten anyway. Too much work to send it back. Bathroom was nasty.

This was the worst experience I could have ever had at a restaurant. Elizabeth was as rude and unhelpful as a worker can get. I drove around for a total of 25 minutes looking for parking because Elizabeth hung up on me when I called for help. She also refused to hand me my order when I stopped right in front of the store because she claimed to be too busy. I was tired of driving around FOR NEARLY 30 MINUTES looking for the parking area. I paid for my order over the phone so I did not want to leave it either.Finally after I found space and got to the restaurant, Elizabeth was leaning over the counter scrolling through her phone and giggling.Of course my order had no fork or spoon and was made wrong and completely cold!I just gave up and still ate it because I was not going back to this terrible place.

Very dry pasta. We ordered pesto cavatappi with extra sauce as well they charged for it and just gave a spoon of extra sauce. And pasta was very dry. Absolutely no seasoning. Very small portions. Wouldn't recommend! This is our third experience.

I Had a little issue with noodles and company because of price. After going to McDonald's for a month straight for lunch, as I'm a contractor, I finally got burnt out McDonald's greasy food. . There was a noodles and company on the other side of the strip mall and I went in for lunch.It was the best decision I've made in many month. I got the 3 cheese Tortellini and asked for extra mushrooms. The cook created the best lunch plate. I've had in a long time! It was the perfect amount of food and it was. Delicious!! I am now a fan of noodles & company!

On Monday I went into this location because I was thirsty and wanted to purchase a drink. It was prior to opening but I was greeted by the area district manager who was visiting this location. He asked me what did I want. I told him I wished to purchase a soft drink from the automatic machine. He told me rather rudely that they were closed and to come back later. He then turned and walked away. While totally able to do that, if I was the general district manager and I wanted to project a good image of myself, this location and Noodles and Company I would put on a smile and say, here's a cup. Help yourself to either a complimentary drink or say just leave a couple dollars at the counter. I would not under any circumstance say were closed and turn away a person who frequents this location. Restaurants are hurting the last 3 years and if they have not learned anything its customer service is king. This should be the general managers primary responsibility. It costs nothing to leave a good impression, and as a previous restaurant owner I realize that cup of soda costs about 5 cents so its no big loss to treat another human nicely. The only reason I will continue to frequent this establishment is because of the employees, especially the store managers. They are always friendly, courteous and respectful. The GM should come hang out with them and learn about customer service.
