Frequented this spot often until last meal, which had stale rice on all three entrees we ordered for delivery. Called restaurant to request refund of half the price, and manager said he would not provide any refund unless the three entrees were returned to him. Drive to the restaurant that I ordered the food from and had delivered, so I can return the three, 3/4 full, entrees to him and then possibly get a refund? The idea seemed so obnoxious that I thought he was joking; so I asked him to repeat himself and the same thing was said. Stale rice covered with poor customer service; we won’t be returning as customers.

I ordered online to pick up at lunch time because I have a very short lunch break. Slow service. I am not impressed with the tiny pieces of tuna. Plus I paid for double protein and it was missing. And they charged me a CC fee. Overpriced and not worth it at all. I won't be returning. There are plenty of these types of places around that are way better.

The food was great!! The salmon, tuna, and shrimp were all really fresh tasting. The toppings were delicious and plentiful. We tried the teriyaki and the ohana sauces; both were very good. My only complaint is that when we were ordering, we had to pick everything at the register before our bowl was built but, I would prefer to add things as the bowl is being built - like in other poke and "build your own" restaurants. But, I'll definitely come back to try even more flavor combinations.
