Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Came in ordered food to go. Was told have a seat will tell you when order is ready.after 22 minutes I approached and said it’s been over 39 minutes. I was told my order has been ready for awhile but was put in holding him waiting for order to be picked up.
Food was cold, Lasagna was hard.
Very disappointed in Olive Garder
Lost a long customer.

The waiter was good service but the hostess and manager really aren't that helpful.

Disappointed. Just found out that their olive oil is not truly olive olive. It's diluted with vegetable oil.

Food was amazing and our server was very attentive.

Regular dinner just turn in worst food poisoning ever. Check your kitchen and freshness of your products. I can’t even go to work right now . Does not recommend this location !!!

I ordered a 6oz. Sirloin steak cooked medium. The first one came out raw. They offered to try again. The second steak came out burnt, extra well done. It was rubber. It was getting late and I could not wait for a third try.. The manager apologized and did not credit anything on the bill. I paid full price for a rubber steak.

I always have a great experience at Olive Garden and this time was no different. Rather than dining in this time, I placed an order for pick up. My order was ready when promised, quickly delivered to my car, and when I got home, the food was hot and as delicious as if I had died in.

We travel a lot. This Olive garden in Arlington heights Illinois is one of the best in the entire country. Extremely friendly.. always very clean... consistency of the food is always top quality. 👍

I went to this Olive Garden with my daughter and other family members on Saturday, November 8th 2025. It was packed, i.e. very busy, but the food was hot and fresh. I ordered the never ending pasta bowl, which was great. The service was great and the atmosphere was fantastic. I would highly recommend this place for a family dinner.

The girls and I visit OG once or twice a month. The last time we dined in, they had a pasta special for $13.99, it was awesome! We got a chance to taste so many different pastas, and they were all delicious. On the list were, fettuccine Alfredo, Angel hair with meat sauce, and rigatoni with spicy three meat. Everything was delicious. Of course, the all you can eat, soup, salad, and bread sticks are always delicious because the girls and I, love them all.

Ordered to go and am only 4 miles away. When I got home food was stone cold. Very disappointing. I order frequently from an olive garden in orland park and the food is always piping hot once we get home with it with ame distance. Will not order from here again!

If you have the taste for Italian food, this is a great place to go. The prices are reasonable, great service, and excellent food. I can't wait to go back.
