I am extremely disappointed in the competency of the evening staff. I never heard of a bread place who ran out of bread for the sandwich you ordered and couldn’t substitute it nor ask a manager for assistance with getting different bread.

Seems like the quality went down quite a bit. I got lunch for my mom and her grilled cheese was extremely salty. Mac n cheese we added avocado to it was litteraly one chunk of avocado smashed into the pasta. I probably won't be coming back.

The food here is good. Kind of expensive but worth it if you have it every once in a while. I only gave this place or panera IN GENERAL two stars because I am a sip club member and mainly signed up for the charged teas they used to have. At first they had to hide them in the back and than they got rid of them completely all because stupid people can't read the blatent big signs that say they have caffeine in them.
NOW because you are an idiot and can't read you ruin it for everyone and we can't have the drinks that we are responsible enough to have and pay for. Very frustrating because alot of locations now put the other good drinks behind the counter too and not let them be out in the open for whatever reason so ya. Honest review.

The food was, as always - fresh, delicious & generously filled with high quality ingredients. What made me post this though was the team shift leader/manager/lead who was on duty. He asked if I’d been helped and instead of asking someone to take care of me, he showed me where to order and took care of me himself. I had an expired gift card and a couple of other issues but he never showed frustration…the whole team was very friendly probably because of his leadership. I didn’t get his name but I was there on 8/22 at 1:10.
