The management is horrible. Honestly I’ve never seen a Panera this bad-handled, and they have such a huge ego like if they’re the stuff. There’s only a few employees that are good workers, but the rest are just ignorant, irresponsible, and don’t know how to run a store. Glad to see this Panera is under 4 stars! Well deserved. Anyway thank you!! Will definitely not visit again especially not the managers.

I am extremely disappointed in the competency of the evening staff. I never heard of a bread place who ran out of bread for the sandwich you ordered and couldn’t substitute it nor ask a manager for assistance with getting different bread.

Seems like the quality went down quite a bit. I got lunch for my mom and her grilled cheese was extremely salty. Mac n cheese we added avocado to it was litteraly one chunk of avocado smashed into the pasta. I probably won't be coming back.
