Awful service didn’t even apologize for forgetting to put in my order and then gave me wrong food. Don’t recommend. Didn’t offer anything to make up for it.

Everything was wonderful but the prices were just off the chart.

The owner or whoever picks the menu needs a serious reality check - we love this place more than I love breathing, but I don’t understand why you get rid of the Tuscan kale salad for 3/4 of the year and as of March 2025 why did you change the nice piece of fish recipe (the previous whipped potato base is so much better than the new dogshit Brussels sprout mix).
If it ain’t broke - don’t fix it…. guy

Food was excellent, only pasta that was vegan was the GF with pomodoro sauce, but it was great. Side of mushrooms with no ricotta, and broccolini were vegan as well. Waitstaff was very helpful. Just have to ask and be clear!
Ordered Shrimp pesto pasta & red velvet cake. Pasta was amazing...not greasy or cheesy at all like some pesto sauce can be. BUT there was a hair strand in the cake which ruined the experience. That's why I'm eating 3 overall & not five.

Staff was great, the food not so much.
Starters were good, pasta and fish was bland, or had way too much pepper. Also, according to the waiter, they can't modify most of the dishes (which to me means all the sauces are premade, even those that should be made to order).
The place was nice and clean, had good atmosphere. Just wish the food was better.

Walked in and immediately was blasted with music. It’s really too loud for a restaurant. All of the food was drowning in oil. Cocktails were mid. Feeling robbed as it set me back $150. Also surcharge of 3%. Not coming back.

There were 5 of us there on Fri. 1/3 and the food was not as good as the last time we were there in 2024. The brussels spouts and cheesy garlic bread were still good, but our entrees of lobster ravioli (minimal lobster) and chicken parm were just okay, and our guests ordered pizza which finally came after we had eaten almost half of our meal and they indicted the pizza was mediocre. I ordered a Manhattan that was served straight up and charged as a Old Fashioned. Then the bill comes and the suggested tip is after tax and there is also a 3% surcharge "as a way to offset rising costs". In the low light and with the waiter standing there while we make our "tip" decision, we did not notice the note at the bottom of the receipt, "you may request to have this taken off your check should you choose." If your costs are rising, include that in the cost of the entree, where the consumer can decide before ordering if they think its a fair price. Don't tack on a charge that the consumer doesn't know they paid until they get home. All in all, we didn't think the meal or the service was worth the price.

Recently visited this establishment for the first time. We were greeted by a friendly hostess and seated immediately. My salmon bowl was excellent with a nice variety of fresh ingredients. We also ordered Brussel Sprouts with Salmon and they came at two separate times which we didn’t like. We actually thought they forgot about it. The drip coffee was outstanding. Based on one visit, I recommend this local business.
Vegetarian options: The bowls were all vegetarian

My wife and I went there for our first time, and I didn't like the fact that our waitress didn't gave us a paper copy of our receipt, he just verbally told us our total, then he waited next to me to pay. It made feel like if he thought I would leave without paying. That was absolutely uncomfortable, this is the first that happen to us. Just give everyone their receipts and let them pay at their own peace!

I’m so happy this place is in the suburbs! It feels like you’re in the city. The food is excellent. The vibe is great. The drinks are great. I can’t say enough good things.
Kid-friendliness: Saw lots of families although I wouldn’t say it’s the best vibe for little kids

I had a baby shower in their private event space and everything was wonderful! Their event coordinator Taylor was very responsive and flexible with all of my needs! The day of staff were extremely helpful and friendly, including Alex and Mayra who were so attentive and nice to all of my guests! I got many compliments from guests on the food and drinks, and the space for 40 guests was perfect. Highly recommend!

Nice place....great location. Service was quite good. Food was good.... but TWENTY FIVE BUCKS FOR A BURGER???? Come on. Yep - we saw the prices when we sat down and chose to continue.... thinking that a $25 burger would be grass fed & finished, come with an abundance of condiments, and/or be a nice hefty burger. No, no, and no. As for the grass-fed, I can't say. I don't recall that it was mentioned... doubt very much it was grass finished though. As for the two pickles and teaspoon of onions that came on it.... um, for twenty five bucks you can provide more. And the size.... well, a burger at Portillos is about the same size, gives you more condiments, and is only 7 bucks. So will pass on Passero.... just too expensive for what you get.
