My fiancee had her bridal shower here and we had an amazing time. We don’t leave reviews but I think our experience warranted a review.Phil, the one coordinating our event was great. Accommodated all our requests even requests and things that weren’t part of the event packages, made a lot of day of changes we did not foresee and made sure everything was how we wanted it and alleviated a lot of the stress that goes into event planning. The team of waitresses assigned to us were also amazing. Very attentive and accommodating, took care of all our guests and their requests, weaved through all our festivities seamlessly. Their general demeanor just fit our event well. When food is made in large quantities there is usually a drop in quality but the food for our event was made with the same quality as the actual restaurant. Our guest thoroughly enjoyed the food and were very complimentary of the quality.Depending on the type of event, The venue itself requires little decoration which really makes for a great location for different kinds of events.Thank you, Passero for helping make our event a success.

Booked a table for 2 for me and my friend. Food and drinks were great, but the service was not. Our server himself was fine in the beginning but towards the end everything seemed so unprofessional. We waited for our server to bring the desert menu and we saw him counting tips while we were waiting for him. That made us ask for the check right away because it felt like they just wanted us to leave. We ended up ordering desert anyways because they have the best salted caramel gelato and as we were eating our desert, the lights go on (bright) and we hear an employee say “ah, there’s still people here” outloud for us to hear. If you want to leave right when you close, why do you guys book people at 830 and close at 9 then? People usually spend 1.5-2 hours at a restaurant. The last 35-45 minutes of our time there felt uncomfortable due to this. (We totaled 1 hour there btw). Anyways, we wont be coming back and service sucks.

No text or email to confirm order… kind of left wondering? Then order was received incomplete, as they forgot the garlic bread. Do better.

I ordered carbonara but when I got my meal, I was confused on if they gave me something else and messed up. Didn’t taste anything like carbonara, pasta wasn’t al dente and was overcooked and the presentation was awful. Served with a raw egg on top. Looked like some homemade dish given on a cheap plastic bowl. Everything is overpriced and not worth the money whatsoever. How is every vegetable on the menu $16+ ? Not worth at all. Mediocre food and I will never be coming back here

Excellent food and service. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. Food came out at a decent pace considering the place was full. Quality of the food was amazing as well. Key lime pie was the kicker to the meal. Not a slice, it's a big mini pie. Super delicious. Only complaint is that the crust is a little thick. Could be a little thinner. Will definitely be back!!

What a yummy find. Food was cooked perfectly and delicious! Got noisy when the restaurant started to fill up, we had gone early. Make reservations though as it's a busy place.

We just went last night for my mom’s birthday. Food was great, but our service was incredibly slow. Our server wasn’t very engaging and we had to flag him over several times to place our order and when we wanted the bill. The atmosphere was okay, but very noisy for a Tuesday evening and we were sat very close to other tables. I was really looking forward to trying this place but was a little disappointed. I’d maybe come again but when given other choices, it wouldn’t be my first.

Service is terrible especially at this price point. Wait time to greet table, minimal bussing, no manager roaming the floor and checking service. Salad was good but the fish I had was over way overcooked. Pasta dishes were middling. Pizza crust too limp. Desert was not much. Key Lime crust was so thick you needed a knife. Had a fantastic salad but that was it.Really too bad. Nice location and took a few people out hoping to impress but sadly no.

Once again Passero did not disappoint. They do not have GF menu, but will accommodate and alter many items to meet GF needs. They do have a dedicated fryer for French fries. Perhaps the best fries I have had. Will definitely go back.

Food good, waitress good, other rude people take your water and stuff off the table to hint it’s time for you to leave. I won’t ever go back!
