Extremely disappointing and inconsistent service
I’ve given this Pizza Hut location multiple chances, but they just can’t seem to get it right. Every time I place an order, something goes wrong. I always pay extra for pan pizza, but they give me a different type instead. The pizzas are never baked properly, the dough is undercooked, toppings are unevenly added, and sometimes there’s barely any sauce. Other times, they drown it in cheese.
It’s frustrating to pay full price (plus extra) and constantly receive poorly made food. After several chances, it’s clear this location doesn’t take quality control seriously. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Do not order from this location. My 78yr old father was taken advantage of when he went to pick up an online carry out order. He was bullied into tipping. Then he was charged an additional to his credit card fee after he left.
In fact stop ordering from Pizza Hut entirely. I filed a complaint twice, one of which I chatted with an agent who said they would notify the appropriate team... Zero response after 2 weeks.
PizzaHut has lost control of their franchisees and the regional franchisees do not care.

Bunch of tables inside, looks clean, I placed an order on the app and picked up a new tavern-style pizza 🍕 and it was delicious! Will be back.

Ordered online and got confirmation it was ready and showed up at 2:20 and doors were locked and called and waited for 20 mins..no response..no one came.. called corporate office and no one was there either so I had to leave a complaint. No one should order from here or Pizza Hut anymore and hopefully they close it down and Arlington Heights puts better pizza place there. Follow up..spoke to what sounded like a 12 year old kid who told me they had been there since one…and said when I showed up they were there and the doors were open..other customers showed up and couldn’t get in either…sad how people have become and how companies allow this pathetic service/work ethic to continue.

I never got my order and I waited over an hour for it. There were over 15 people there waiting and a lot of people left with nothing. The workers did not care or apologize for what was happening!
The employee decided that instead of working or talking to people, he’d hide in the back. My boyfriend went to go pick this up, and the employee came out one time to tell everyone to cancel and that he didn’t care about anything and to talk to management. There’s no way to cancel online. This is ridiculous. I’ve always hated going here and this just is the icing on the cake.
