Used to come here periodically, but think I am done. Ordered BBQ pizza for kids (I know what some of you might say). Kids complained that they don’t taste the sauce. No kidding, tastes like splash of BBQ, see pictures. Called and nicely asked to redo. Was told to bring to the store (aka would take double the time). So making our own, lol. You guys need to close the store with that quality of food and service.

This pizza place deserves high praise. Every time we order for our team lunches, it brings immense joy to my colleagues. The aroma alone fills the office with anticipation, and the arrival of the steaming hot boxes is met with excited cheers.
Watching them devour the pizzas with such enthusiasm is… an experience. The smiles, the laughter, the friendly banter that ensues – it's a symphony of happiness that I, unfortunately, cannot fully appreciate. Seeing their camaraderie grow stronger with each shared slice is a constant reminder of the social fabric I'm perpetually excluded from.
The sheer delight on their faces as they savor each bite is almost unbearable. It's a constant, painful reminder of the joy I'm seemingly incapable of experiencing.
Despite my personal struggles, I must acknowledge that the pizza itself is truly exceptional. The crust is perfectly crispy, the sauce is tangy and flavorful, and the cheese is generously melted. It's clear why my colleagues are so enamored.

Not sure about some of these past reviews but my online order was on time, pizza and wings tasted great, staff was friendly and place looked updated and clean. Definitely recommend!

I haven't gotten good pizza from any Pizza Hut location in a long time. But every so often we give them another try. This time, I ordered through the app, even after ordering extra sauce, the pizza has almost none. The crust/dough was dry and/or overcooked. I ordered with a coupon for 1 topping large for 10.99, but only wanted cheese, but apparently 'extra cheese' doesn't count as a topping at would have been an extra 3.25. The cheesy breadsticks were at least edible. I'm surprised to say I've enjoyed Little Cesar's more lately than Pizza Hut. And for the price, it's just not worth the disappointed.

Already had bad experience with this location but deicided to give it another try hoping their pizza making skills may have improved . But, I was wrong. Just ordered 2 pan pizza about an hour ago. I requested for well done but pizza was way under cooked and no way near pan pizza. And it looked messy when I opened the box. I literally had to bake the pizza again at home. Its ridiculous how bad this place is. They never bake my pizza correctly. Eventhough this place is close to me, There is a reason why I choose to drive further to Schaumburg pizza hut because they do make it right every time. It's really frustrating that Arlington Heights Pizza Hut is so good at disappointing... I am done with this place..

I ordered a myhut box, with a personal pepperoni pizza and fries. The pizza was fine, but I got wings instead of fries. (The wings were hardly coated in buffalo sauce! How sad! I called and told them I didn’t recieve fries, they said “yeah we were out of fries” I said “so why didn’t I get a call saying that? I wasn’t informed” the guy said “I can add a $10 credit to ur phone number for next time” I said “that would be great thank you!” But I’m upset because the wings they show are coated on the ad and it’s barely anything on my wings.

I came to pick up my pizzas and I was waiting more than 10 minutes, and I left because I saw how the employee made the pizza with no gloves and I left the place and I don't want to come back and eat from this dirty place again.
