Haven’t had Pizza Hut in years but I’m a big fan of the double pepperoni hot honey pizza. Insane amount of pepperoni and can’t complain with that when a large is 15 bucks. 10/10 will get again

Horrible Customer Service. The person didn’t even apologize. We ordered Buffalo sauce pizza and there was no sauce. The general manager tried to mansplain instead of listening to the concern. The pizza was uncooked. Absolutely horrible experience. The general manager was extremely rude and never accepted his mistake .

Horrible customer service. When I originally ordered my pizza I went to pick it up when the email said it would be ready. They told me then it would be an additional 15-20 minutes wait. Fine. Then the pizza was made wrong in 2 ways. Not only did it not have double pepperoni but it also was not stuffed crust. I went the next day to get the pizza remade and the guy at the counter had a really rude tone. Whatever I moved on and had them remake the pizza. I checked to make sure it was made right then left. When I got home I realized the dough was raw in most of the pizza and the slice was literally falling apart because of how raw it was. I gave them a second chance to make a mistake right but the great lack of kindness and customer service makes me sure I will never return to this location again. I received a full refund on my order but there is no way I could ignore them messing up my pizza twice with the lack of customer service.
Worst pizza hut ever ordered a meat lovers pizza not only wasn't a meat lovers it was undercooked flimsy worst pizza ever had made my stomach hurt after eating my girlfriend pizza with pineapple was the same the best part was only the bread sticks they told us 30 min ended up being over an hour smh never will i be going back again tried to give a second chance but ill just keep going to rosatis
