Portions are small, really the size we should be eating, so be prepared. The pulled pork was very good, the brisket had its 3/4 inch fat cap still on, a problem when it's in a mixed in a sandwich combo, but it was tasty. The hush puppies and mustardo were fabulous.
The best BBQ in Arlington Heights. Some things to try - the turkey is always moist and delicious (hard to pull off), the rib tips and pastrami (both surprisingly lean), and the pecan pie.
First of all the moment you walk into Porky’s you know you came to the right place. If you like BBQ, it smells like absolute heaven. We used Porky’s to cater our son’s first communion party and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience. When placing the order, they provided guidance for the size of our party and it was spot on.
