Food was absolutely fantastic, as is the atmosphere. However, service is absolutely lacking. When it comes to someone checking your table to see if everything is okay By asking How is your food? Do you need a refill on your drink? There is absolutely no service whatsoever table side!

Portillos is 🔥. I appreciate the staffs and managers kindness to me even though I have autism and their food is amazing and really good. They cook the food fresh and ready to eat and they maintain the restaurant clean. Manager Maria and Omar nice. Chopped salad is amazing. Must come back. 10/10

Who doesn't like their chopped salad?!? Portillos is one of my preferred fast food places.

Whenever you're driving to Chicago this is a must stop! Their jumbo chili cheese dog is amazing and you have to get the chocolate cake shake! Fluffy wasn't lying. Friendly staff and very clean bathrooms

Fast, hot, fresh, delicious food at a reasonable price. Folks are friendly and professional. Not sure how they are able to offer such good deals while maintaining such high quality. Highly recommend.

It’s a shame. What used to be one of the best dining experiences, is no longer worth the time. Quality of the people working there is totally lacking. Quality of the food is now just horrible…. Their French fries are constantly under cooked and inedible…
Heck even their pop machines delivers flat drinks… it’s a shame… just a constant horrible experience.
